Hotel Martini

this hotel is the worst place i’ve ever visited. I booked my hotel and flight in a package and arrived at the hotel, i couldn’t check in because the check in was at 2pm which was never listed. The hotel was old and filthy not to mention the fact it said on the list i was 1km from the centre when it was one hour away from any shops. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful she also kept changing the subject when i asked her why they lied about the distance she told me i was causing a scene.Not even a handle on the bathroom door only two hangers in the wardrobe and the mattress was hard as a rock. False description and the rooms were different then the ones advertised. This place is not safe for familys and definitely wont be coming back.

The staff was nice, and the complementary breakfast was fine. Would NOT recommend for 3 reasons:
1- truly paper thin walls. It felt like the neighbors were in the room with us
2- wifi didn't work at all
3- because the hotel is not in Napoli proper, the taxi prices to and from the airport are borderline extortionate. This of course isn't the hotel's fault but we paid 30 euros each way (5 minute ride), effectively negating the low price of this hotel.

Stay within walking distance of the airport or go into the city for something better.

Without a doubt, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Let's start off with with the most egregious, the fact that the cleaning ladies stole from us. Next, the hotel decided to change our rooms without warning, much less asking, us. Furthermore, the hotel service was embarrassing to say the least. They didn't even attempt to understand a word of English, or any language other than Italian for that matter. When your business is a hotel, you generally have international clients, and are therefore supposed to attend to them. Instead, we were neglected and practically spit on. Upon leaving, my friends and I were shocked by the standards of the hotel, and it's a sour spot on what was an otherwise memorable trip. So if I can recommend anything, it's to avoid this hotel at all costs. Don't make the same mistake as us.

I spent 4 days in this hotel with friends, the hotel staff was very disrespectful and even moved one of my friends’ stuff to another room without telling them. I do not recommend, it is the worst hotel I have ever been!

Receptionist rudely hung up on me when I told him the Wifi wasn’t working in our room. 0 help at all. Would recommend spending your money somewhere else.
