Great location, a few steps from Metro station… supermarket across the street… very friendly staff… very spacious room

Great location
Spacious clean room, great location convenient for everything. The room is advertised as having air conditioning, but in the beginning of May we were told it’s too early to turn it on. Indeed the weather was pleasant enough, but the street is too noisy to sleep with an open window, it’s impossible. You have nice quality windows to stop the noise, you must allow aircon so people can make use of them. Would be 10 out of 10 otherwise.

Our stay at this sweet hotel was nothing short of amazing! The room clean, spacious, comfortable, and safe! We were welcomed by Chamath who was fantastic at his job and very hospitable. The lift works, the building is old and very charming, the decor in the Pinto Storey is quaint and suites the buildings era. We were able to see Mt Vesuvius from the Sitting room Balcony. Nice neighbourhood easy to walk into naples or to the Wharf to catch the ferry. On the last day to checkout the owner was there and he was a lovely gentleman who definitely knows how to make a decent coffee! Value for money is a bonus when you stay at Pinto Storey.

Pleasant surprise. The hotel was reasonably priced and the location was great, right next to a metro station and near restaurants/shopping. Room was clean and had everything required and the staff was friendly. When we return to Napoli will definitely stay here.

We love this gorgeous hotel! The location is so convenient, with metro and funicular so close. There is also a taxi stand that I never saw empty. A bank ATM is right there too. The view from the room up to Vomero is stunning. Having cappuccino brought to us was much appreciated, even though a fantastic cafe is very close too. The rooms are beautifully maintained and the wood shutters kept out light and noise in the early morning. If you have big suitcases you might have to take the little elevator one guest at a time. The host is very helpful. I’d totally stay there again.

Very nice boutique hotel in central Naples. Located across from Amedeo metro station the hotel is on the 4th floor of a beautifil building (note the bell is on the right hand side of door for arriving). Hotel is small but large comfortable rooms and very quiet. The amedeo area is all very quiet and safe but as the metro is across the way you are only 15mins from all the main sights. there is also a supermarket across from hotel. Reception was friendly but note its not manned 24 hours although this wasnt an issue for me. Good spot, good location!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stylish hotel in Naples most elegant neighborhood. The decor exudes classic sophistication, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The staff was exceptional, their warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The location is unbeatable—steps from upscale boutiques, fine dining, and cultural landmarks, yet peaceful and serene. With exquisite service, beautiful design, and a prime location, this hotel is a true gem. I can’t wait to return!

I spent 3 nights at Pinto Storey in early September and everything about it exceeded my expectations: our host throughout was warm and friendly; the room was spacious, meticulously clean and well-furnished; the location was perfect with a nearby metro station that links to the central station/airport bus drop off point and many great facilities within walking distance; the building itself is beautiful and interesting with a convenient lift to help you up and down to the 4th floor where the hotel is located.

Highlights of the stay: we paid a little more to upgrade to the superior room, which gave access to a private balcony with an incredible view to enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighbourhood while refreshening with a few aperitifs after a long day of walking; on the corner is a great patisserie (Scaturchio) where we first got to enjoy a sfogiatella and rum baba with coffee; less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel is a fantastic seafood restaurant named Diego (recently championed by chef/writer/actor Stanley Tucci) - it's worth popping by to reserve a table in advance, so you can try and claim a spot on the terrace to enjoy your meal al fresco.

I had a wonderful time in Naples and our stay at Pinto Storey was a significant part of that experience - heartily recommended.
