Newer modern hotel but needs some attention to details. Fit and finish of construction is not great.

Nice hotel with some occasional loud music.
As a hotel, it's actually fairly nice. The rooms were cleaned and made up every day. Towels were also changed daily. The room always smelled fresh when I returned. The room was fine and pretty standard.
The staff was very helpful and accommodated our various requests. The main desk workers were nice and approachable. Most of the staff also seemed to enjoy working there.
The facility as a whole seemed fairly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast room is located in the -1 floor and provided a good selection in the morning. Meeting rooms, restrooms, and garage access were also located on the -1 floor. Checking in can be tough when arriving with a vehicle because the front lot is usually full from the restaurant located on site.
The location is not ideal for relaxation. The adjacent restaurant played loud music on the weekend until 11pm and a party was booked late into a Wednesday evening (a singer was on from 11-11:30pm). The rooms near the front (x01-x04ish) can probably hear the music on weekends. The area out back is audible throughout the entire building. There is a grocery store located nearby, as well as several restaurants within walking distance.
While the hotel itself is good, my overall experience was less than good.

Clean, new, a bit noisy from the corridors. In overall a great hotel. Very good brakefast.

A new, clean, modern hotel right outside of Napoli. If you are looking for something very decent at a fair price, then this Radisson is your place with a drive roughly 30 minutes from Napoli! Well recommended. Nice restaurants in the hotel too!

Not what I'd hoped. They have found the need to computerise even light switches, got very little sleep the first night due to a big party in the neighbouring bar (lots of people complained), didn't take the city tax off the business card we booked with. Oh, and the overhead shower didn't work correctly.

First night's stay before moving on to Sorrento. Food at the restaurant was very poor. Staff didn't speak much English. The waiter poured a glass of wine and deposited most of it on the table and didn't seem to know what to do. Came back with two small napkins and half mopped it up and put the glass back in what was left. I had pasta in lemon sauce with shrimp. There were two of the tiniest shrimp in the dish. My husbands starter was luke warm. It was an expensive meal and out of the 7 we ate across the week was the worst. The bathroom was cramped with an unnecessary table. Parking is available if required. Wouldn't recommend.

I've stayed a few times for a karting event in Sarno. I wont stay there again. I paid for a room and I was unable to make it to the hotel on the evening I was due to arrive, so they gave my $700 paid room away. Terrible hotel customer service and they wont give me a refund. My advice, stay AWAY!

Location wise you are far from everything touristic, and you need 45 mins drive to main points.
Nice rooms, decent breakfast in -1 floor without sun light or air, and good restaurants options nearby. The biggest problem is the noise. Next to this hotel there is roof top bar, where especially in weekends there are parties that cannot allow you sleep if you happen to have your room on the wrong side. As also the isolation is basic in the rooms. We stayed with kid and couldn’t sleep for 3/4 nights of our stay. Although we asked to move to different room, this didn’t happen. One more thing, the room had no phone, so every time I had to call via normal phone number or go down to reception. At check out they promised that the manager will contact us which never happened.

Rooms are super quiet despite being on a busy street. Staff are friendly and helpful to foreigners. All of the American amenities like an iron and ironing board. The only drawback is getting a taxi, which you need to go anywhere. Not the best location for those who like to walk.
