Everything about this hotel is wonderful.
Starting with the check in, it is apparent that every customer is special and treated as individuals. The staff are warm, friendly, helpful and genuine.
The view from the room was just breathtaking- the photos are good but the reality of experiencing the view is indescribable.
The room itself was gorgeous and felt brand new.
I am gluten free- this was not a problem. All staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met.
Staying here is kind of like staying with really good friends. But with all the benefits of extraordinary hospitality and one of the best views ever.

Just finished a 4 night stay here at Tramonto D’Oro to start off our Europe vacation. From before our trip they had excellent customer service that went above and beyond in planning details and gathering information of where to eat and how to get around. Upon arriving we were blown away by the view. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and the car transfers we arranged through them were very timely. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming, family-owned hotel in Praiano, and it truly felt like a slice of heaven. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast took our breath away, setting the perfect backdrop for our getaway.

The rooms were generously sized and very clean, providing a cozy retreat after long days of exploring.

What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff. From check in to checkout, everyone was helpful and kind.They welcomed us like family, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and genuine hospitality created a homey atmosphere that made us want to linger a little longer.

We also dined at the hotel restaurant and were delighted by the fresh, delicious food. Every meal was a treat, showcasing the best of local cuisine and made with love. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventures. The cod was amazing and we are still talking about Pepe's wine recommendations!

Additionally, we took advantage of the laundry service, and I can honestly say our clothes smelled like home—an unexpected touch that added to the overall comfort of our stay.

If you're looking for a welcoming place with stunning views, great food, and a family feel, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We left with full hearts and cherished memories, and I can't wait to return!

Hotel Tramonto D’Oro is one of the most beautiful/well run hotels I have ever stayed. The staff were FANTASTIC, absolutely went above & beyond. I can’t say enough about how good the service was, from the front desk organizing taxi’s, giving us recommendations around the town, amazing breakfast service etc etc But THE VIEWS. I honestly cannot say enough about the first look from our hotel room on the -2 floor. Literally breathtaking. Everything was immaculate and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly & kept us nice and cool on the super hot August days. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The large pool area also had incredible views, great lounging chairs and a bar to order drinks/food. Another bonus of staying here, or staying in Praiano in general, is that it’s a small town with most things in walking distance. Small grocery store across the street where we were able to buy a few drinks to enjoy on our balcony along with snacks to bring to the beach. This hotel is worth EVERY PENNY & I could not recommend it enough. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!! (Also a two minute walk from the start of the Path of the Gods hike - I 10/10 recommend this hike if you’re up for it!)

We stayed in the most beautiful suite with amazing and breathtaking views. The staff knew us and even helped us celebrate a birthday making our stay even more memorable. We were so inspired by the authentic design of this hotel! We are gladly using all of our inspiration for our interior design project’s! I highly recommend staying here! You will not regret it!

Amazing Family Stay at Tramonto d'Oro in Praiano

Our family vacation at Tramonto d'Oro in Praiano was nothing short of perfect. We stayed for two nights with our kids, and every moment was delightful.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. The rooftop pool was not only large but also spotless, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation. Our room was well-stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Every detail in the decor, down to the mugs in the room, was stunning.

The breakfast included with our stay was superb, offering a variety that catered to all tastes. It was so delicious that I found it hard to stop eating!

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance to charming restaurants and shops. It’s also a quick drive to other cities and offers boat rentals for a day at sea. The family-run nature of the hotel adds a personal touch, and we were touched by the beautiful postcards and story about the hotel that we found in our room.

Honestly, the only regret we have is not staying longer. I cannot recommend Tramonto d'Oro enough, and we will definitely be back with our family again. It was an unforgettable experience, and we loved every single detail.

Hotel Tramonto D'Oro was a perfect experience. The staff couldn't be more kind and helpful, they made you feel like you were family. The rooms were clean & beautiful with the most breathtaking views. Very walkable to amazing restaurants, and the hotel restaurant was incredible as well. We enjoyed breakfast looking at Positano and it was the most perfect location. Could not recommend it more. Ready to go back, and it was so hard to leave!
