The room is tidy and nice, the bathroom is clean, there is a large balcony, and the surrounding is quiet. There is a grocery store downstairs that is open until late, and there is a Carrefour a few hundred meters away. It is very close to the subway station. A bottle of water is given, and other things are charged. The only drawback is that the room is small, and the price is OK in Rome in summer

The soundproofing is too poor. The elevator goes up and down and the tables and chairs in other rooms are very noisy. The small refrigerator is full of paid drinks. There is no space to put something in. The location is also a bit remote. The front desk doesn't seem very welcoming.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the subway station, which is very convenient to the city center. It takes about half an hour to get to the Colosseum. The area around the hotel is very quiet, which is considered a suburb of Rome. Although it is not in the city center, it is very cost-effective. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at 9 am and the front desk let us check in early, which was a surprise. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small, and two large suitcases are a bit crowded.

The hotel service was really bad, I just asked why I had to pay more, he even said she was going to call the police to make me pay quickly, did not give me an explanation of the reason for the payment, and was not willing to use English to communicate to me, but also grabbed my bank card to swipe, really rude, and in the case of we are not wearing clothes the hotel attendant broke into the door, really disgusting!🤮🤮🤮

Stayed in late Nov. Room was tiny and too warm when the radiator in the bathroom was on. AC couldn't be turned on for cooling. After the radiator was turned off the room still was too warm to have a good sleep in.
The hair dryer automatically shuted down once overheated. I had to dry my hair in multiple periods of 30 seconds or so to allow it to switch on again. Thankfully I had medium length hair. I would be in serious trouble if I had long hair and limited time that one morning I stayed.
Customer service was excellent, friendly and responsive.
Multiple hot and cold options were provided at breakfasts. No reasons to complain.
No dedicated desk or work space was provided for the room. There is a coffee table that you could use as a desk right by the bed but it's a very tight squeeze to sit between that and the edge of the bed. So not a good room(single) if you have to work in it.

The price/performance ratio is high, the room feels good, and it is close to a large supermarket. The transportation is convenient, and the breakfast is very rich, but the breakfast is a bit expensive.

The hotel nice and quiet. Not too far from the termini station. The breakfast is good. Take a little walk from metro station to the hotel. By the way, I felt quite uncomfortable at the lately night to take a walk back to the hotel.

The worst experience EVER!!!
The lady on the reception (Alice) wasn’t helpful AT ALL.
We were a sleep and one of the hotel guests came and knocked the door like crazy, she kept on knocking the door of our terrace as if she was a theft. She was knocking on our door and then she ran to the other side to knock on the room next to us and vice versa. When we called the reception to take action they told us that this is not their fault and they cant take any action. They didn’t even APOLOGIZE to us and they made us feel as if we were exaggerating and what happened was nothing!!!!!!!!!!!
How come knocking so hard and running on peoples door at 7am is something tolerable in a 4 star hotel!!!!!!!
I am not coming here again and surely will encourage everyone I know the same. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
