First of all, the location is good, not far from Termini Station. My room was on the 5th floor, but it was clearly an older room. There is no elevator to the 5th floor, so you have to get off on the 4th floor and take the stairs to the 5th floor, but the brightness of the hallway is noticeably different and the 5th floor has a dark atmosphere. The room is locked with a card key up to the 4th floor, but you need a physical key to open and close the 5th floor.
It was clean, which was good, but the only downside was that the water pressure in the toilet was too weak. Sometimes the toilet paper doesn't flush down the toilet in one flush. I would like the 5th floor to be renovated as soon as possible.

Even though it's a late night walk from the station, there are a lot of people around and it's a restaurant area, so it's very safe. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is excellent for the price. I'd like to stay here again next time I'm in Rome. The McDonald's right next to the hotel is also nice.

A small cozy hotel on a relatively quiet street. Convenient location: both the train station and the main attractions can be reached on foot. A good room for its price if you are traveling alone.

The Location is perfect. Close to multiple bus lines, walking distance to the main train station and a metro really close by. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms on the other hand were just okay. We stayed and the ground level. The bedsheets weren’t necessarily the cleanest. And there was basically no space to hang stuff expect in the closet. Not even for your towels in the bathroom. Overall for our purposes it was fine since we were out all day and only came back late to the hotel to sleep.

Very very poor experience
The positive thing about this hotel is the location. Apart from that it has been the worst hotel have ever lodge in the history of my holidays. The outer environment is very dirty picture can lie. We could not sleep on our 1st night. The room allocated was dirty, dust everywhere. Noted was left for the house keepers to dust the room. The reception have poor customer services. However, the kitchen staff are good. Poor ventilation, we opened the window and we were bitten by bugs 7 night of poor sleep. Never again.

Just come back from a weekend stay here with my partner. Great value for money, the room was lovely, clean and had everything you need. We chose bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really decent too. Friendly staff. 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and not far to walk to the sites if you prefer to walk everywhere.

Stayed 2 nights to travel in Rome and had a really nice time here. All the staff were very kind and I got a warm welcome from them!
The hotel is located nearby termini station as well as another metro station and bus stop, so easy to get somewhere else. The price was also nice, so it is very worth staying there and would like to come back this hotel again:) Thank you for making my travel so great, ciaoooo:)

If you are lucky enough to get one of the renovated rooms, this might be a good hotel.
If not then expect and old beaten down room with paper thin walls, so bring good ear plugs as you hear noise from others rooms and the street.
