We had a great time at this Hotel. The location is as good as it gets, the rooms were clean and pretty, the breakfast was above average and the staff was fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to.
Especially Riccardo at the reception was probably the nicest receptionist in a hotel I've ever met and he gave us great tips for restaurants and places to visit.
To top things off there is a nice little Jacuzzi that you can use by talking to the reception.
Our only complaints would be that the rooms are a bit small for the price and could really use more towel hooks.

Been there for few nights:
1- good staff
2- no early check in
3-very small rooms with glassy doors for bath room.
4. The room we stayed in was definitely not designed for two person.
5- very small shower location
6- not very close to monuments but so close to train station
7-expect additional fees which are called city taxes:)
8- lobby of the hotel is super small.
9- didn’t expect this to be 4-star hotel.
10- no place to put your luggage on.
11- no place to put your towels on

Hi, just checked out from this hotel today,
-our rooms were so small that two persons couldn't pass each other around the bed, it is clear that room designed for one bedroom but hotel is using it as double bedroom.
- there is a glass panel between bathroom and room itself, in shower area is extremely tight, you can only just stand there( not enough space to move), and I am not a huge person.
-sound insulation between the rooms were great, but the door to the hallway has zero insulation, god forbid if you want to rest and housekeeping is going on in the hallway with Vacuum cleaner, there is zero chance that you can continue to sleep.
- reception staff were really nice and friendly, keep up the good job.
- location is ok next to Termini train station there is metro and bus near to it.
Generally Definitely not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

After reading numerous reviews, I booked this hotel and I’m glad I did. The location is superb for exploring the city. The staff are very helpful and professional, and the housekeeping team is exceptional—they even untangled my charger wire!

The rooms are okay though not as spacious as they appear in photos and the AC can be a bit noisy. Breakfast is basic but good.

Tips: If you book the family room note that you need to climb three steps to access the bathtub which can be hazardous if slippery. Also bring your own iron, as they are not available in the rooms. There is an iron room in the basement you can use but not ideal.

Overall I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, fantastic location and thoughtful touches.

We have stayed there as a family. The room was large enough and they separated kid and parent space. We had access to a beautiful and large balcony. Jacuzzi was also nice. We could use it privately. Coffee machine and boiler in room, clean and nice bathroom, friendly staff, etc. Location is perfect. You can reach the train/bus stations by foot in 3 minutes. City tours start from the station. The breakfast was okay but not fabulous.

The hotel is not bad but there were issues that I can’t ignore! At night I asked for a cup at the reception desk because I wanted to have a tea and the paper cup they have provided was already disposed by me earlier. The answer I received was NO!!! And there was a bar full of glasses and cups right in front of me. I asked to at least take a glass but the receptionist refused. How is that even possible that a 4-star hotel can’t provide guests with a cup or a glass upon request?!

Also, I wanted to use the iron. First of all they don’t bring it to your room and you need to go the ‘laundry room’ which is actually just an unused office or something like that. Ok. Second, the ironing board was of terrible quality and falling apart. It was impossible to properly iron a shirt.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was set for 23 degrees and it was impossible to change the temperature so when I was getting cold I had to open the window to let some warm air from the street in.

The rooms were nice, the breakfast is good.

P.S I’ve read the other review and I suggest that you look into night receptionists. Maybe it’s the same person who does all the weird stuff? Our guy was the older gentleman. The issue occurred on the night from 31st of July to the 1st of August around 00:40.

Ugh! I wanted to like this hotel so much but unfortunately, I can't look past Air Con issues.

Pros: close to Termini, clean, comfortable, good WiFi.

Cons: rooms are a bit small but not too bad. Air Con (this is essentially the reason for my low rating). The room was set at 26C when I checked in. I lowered the the temp on the dial in the room but that did nothing. I called the front desk and they lowered it more. Luckily, it was evening already on a cool night so I opened the window. Next day, the temp went back to 26C and I wasn't able to cool off after a long afternoon exploring the city. Calling front desk didn't accomplish much. Same thing happened at night except that the man at the front desk couldn't even understand what I wanted. This has never happened to me before. Also, the pictured had rooms with balconies but I was given what seemed like the only room without one. I guess it is the downside of booking through a travel website.

Essentially, I won't be staying there again because #1 thing for me, while travelling Europe in the summer, is Air Con. I hate being uncomfortable and this hotel made me uncomfortably hot. Luckily, the weather outside wasn't too hot but my room was a lot warmer.
