I recently stayed at this hotel and was surprised by the overall experience. Despite the modest star rating, the facilities exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel also have accessible swimming pool, a gym, a small spa. —features I didn’t expect at this level. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Just did checkOut from this hotel. Must say that they have value for money. Staff was welcoming upon arrival. Not near to city centre but they have Shuttle service which will take you to the nearest metro station which is 5 minutes away. Overall experience was Good. Will surely come back here

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The only positive aspect I can mention is that the beds were comfortable — beyond that, everything else fell short of expectations.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised pool, which was supposed to be available starting in May. However, it was completely out of service during my visit, with no explanation or warning. The entire exterior of the hotel looked neglected and quite dirty, giving the place an abandoned feel.

The service was equally poor. When we asked the staff for directions and local recommendations, they were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting us.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will certainly not be returning.

The hotel is not clean and the walls are dirty, dust all over the room ! Walls are broken and one of the room number 16 smells so badly because of the smoke scent!

This is the WORST hotel you could ever live in Italy. The hotel is terrible. The facilities do not work, they do not have a lift for my disabled cousin, she cannot walk the stairs. The staff are Incredibly rude and offered zero help. The food is whack, the swimming pool doesn’t work and hasn’t been apparently for months but they disclosed this. They refused to offer refund. If you love your life do not book this rubbish hotel !!! Save your money and go elsewhere. 0 stars.

Peaceful atmosphere and relaxation. A decent pool, a restaurant with imported dishes, the polite and charming Greta, as well as all the friendly staff, contribute to a pleasant holiday.

For this area it is a very neat hotel. Decent breakfast and very pleasant staff. The area is not really appealing as there is a lot of garbage lying around. The staff gives you a free lift to the metro station and it’s close to the airport. AC works perfectly!

Avoid at all costs this hotel.Area is terrible its like in middle of nowhere, service is terrible administrator at desk doesnt not even listening or asking whats wrong with hotel. Rooms were dirty, full of hair, AC not working properly, pool is terrible. DO NOT GO THERE.
