Hotel Giardino d'Europa

Avoid at all costs this hotel.Area is terrible its like in middle of nowhere, service is terrible administrator at desk doesnt not even listening or asking whats wrong with hotel. Rooms were dirty, full of hair, AC not working properly, pool is terrible. DO NOT GO THERE.

AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANS

I usually dont post reviews but this one i had.The location is bizzare, sonewhere in the industrial slum area , you cant walk to the metro station. It cost 13to 15 euro taxi to the metro station. Coming back from 9 pm taxis are not reliable.
They claim they have a shuttle but they are not flexible nor helpful at
All.
First day they told me you have to book a shuttle one day before.
When I tried to book for a trip back to the airport at 7.30 am, was told shuttle leaves at 8.30 am as that the time driver arrives, what a ridiculous hotel managing skills
Worst customer service on earth. I mean worst and rude.Arrived on the first day at 10.30 pm with kids as we had delayed flight. No food restaurant is closed.Front desks officer very rude, just plain answer I can't help you. We slept without eating with kids one aged 6 Yrs.

The food in their restaurant is a great joke of a lifetime . Likely frozen foods please don't even try, the breakfast is also not pleasant at all.
I felt scammed booking a stay at them.

Please be aware they charge you tax on the day you check out. They even charged my son who is 11 years old.

The rooms were partially very run down, breakfast was really bland (cold eggs etc.), there was a lot of hair on the floor and the AC smelled bad. Answers to bad reviews are really cheeky and unpolite.

Hotel in middle of no where, extremely run down. Photos on website must have been taken years ago!

Staff were rude and not approachable
In any way. Told could not pay local taxes by card as the machine only works in the morning. As we had to leave at 3:30 in the am, we tried to pay the night before. When I stated I had no cash the machine magically worked.

Staff and guests smoke at the reception , making the corridor smell terrible.

Rotten meat under our balcony and holes in walls covered by wooded boards!

Breakfast bags left in reception from 11am until 3:30 the next morning, not refrigerated!

Walls are paper thin and staff (who know your are leaving at 3:30) laugh and joke all night with others!

Shower almost over flowed as blocked! Ceiling coming down in bathroom and patio door did not close properly, so never slept as worried!

STAY clear if you have family, it is a work Mens hotel and rough!

I went here with my class. Our wifi didnt work even though they said on the website that there was wifi in every room. I told them for two days to please fix it. Two days they said that they would send a technician but he didnt show up. Then they said that they couldnt do anything. I told them fix the wifi and stop lying or give us a new room, but they did not and then said that i was not in a position to say this because i was with my school here even though i paid just as much to live here as every other customer. Dont go here the customer servicer is horrible.
