Carlo and his staff are amazing. It was a delight to be there for 5 days. Carlo instantly welcomed us and sorted out our rooms once we realized that 4 of us in the room we had would not be comfortable for us. He offered us a second room for my sons which was perfect. We ate every night in the outdoor family style kitchen where typical napilitano dishes were prepared by an amazing chef. Truely delicious and authentic home cooked meals. The value was amazing. Highly recommend accepting his offer for evening dinners. Ischia is a beautiful island and being shuttled to the main area made it so convenient. His staff are genuine and so welcoming and helpful. You will not regret staying here. Everything is beautiful and the views are something else

It is a very beautiful place to stay, the hotel is charming and the view is stunning, you just want to sit all day and just admire the beauty of it all. Carlo and his team, especially Anna, are making your stay remarkable, they help you however is needed, have recommendations and when you are lucky, you can join for Carlos’ homecooked (delicious!) family dinners. We met a lot of very nice people from all over the world, also staying at Relais Bijoux, it has been both inspiring and enchanting! A really perfect holiday, thank you all🤗!

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. After reserving a stay through the hotel’s own website, I was shocked to find that the same amount was charged to my credit card three times. This was for a single stay, and there was no explanation, consent, or justification for the extra charges. When I reached out to the hotel to resolve the issue, they initially acknowledged the error – but have since ceased all communication. My messages now go undelivered, which suggests I have been blocked entirely. This kind of behavior goes far beyond a simple mistake. We had a wonderful stay at Relais Bijoux in Ischia! The host Carlo is extremely kind and tries to make sure your every need is catered to and you feel at home. The shuttle into town is great but you are also able to enjoy amazing views & peace & quiet a little out of town on the hill. We had some wonderful home cooked meals there & prices were very reasonable. Fabio drove us around the island & we had a fabulous lunch at his recommendation. We would not hesitate to go back!

What a lovely experience it was to stay in this bed and breakfast. Our host organized transportation to come pick us up at the port. The view from the bnb makes the stay even better. The bed is super comfortable and the food they prepared for us was delicious. They even helped us rent a scooter for our stay. What can one want more from their bnb ? Loved it ! Highly recommend staying there

Carlo should run for Mayor of Ischia for all the passion he releases and the love for this magnificent land. Relais Bijoux Ischia is a corner of Paradise that requires at least a week to fully enjoy and unplug. We had a short stay and it's fine, if you can't stay for more days... but we will definitely be back! Spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and 0 km products, concierge service and transport to/from the port. Magnificent view.

Our accommodation, in a magnificent setting, with a breathtaking view of the sea, enchanted us. The staff is warm and helpful to residents. We highly recommend it for a few days of relaxation away from everyday obligations.

View is great. Room is OK but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Rust on radiator and stain on settee. Breakfast was OK but had better on our trip. Location is OK but you need transport to get to and from the town as roads are not walkable unless you have a death wish. Lots of hype about this place but we just found it to be average.
