Hotel Firenze 2000 in Florence

The hotel I booked turned out to be a complete disappointment. Firstly, I was shocked to find that the room I received didn't match what was presented on the booking website. Instead of a spacious and bright room with a view, I was met with a room with 4 beds with a boarded-up window overlooking the back yard and the wall of the neighboring building.

But that's not all. The breakfast included in the stay turned out to be subpar. Just coffee and a croissant, and the inability to order anything extra for an additional fee made the morning meal unpleasant and unsatisfactory.

And finally, the biggest downside - the requirement to present the original document of my guest on my birthday. She didn't have the original, but showed a copy and other forms of identification, yet she wasn't allowed in without the original.

Overall, my entire experience at this hotel was negative. I felt deceived and unsatisfied with the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that reading this review will deter you from staying at this dormitory.

The rooms were not clean. Hairs on mattress. Mosquitoes in the room. No supplies in the bathrooms. Too expensive.
