Abacus Hotel

Dusty old hotel, furniture needs to be replaced clearly as it dates from late 80’s. Bathroom furniture ruined, water pouring from the ceiling.
On the other hand the hotel has a nice BAR whre Gianfranco is making the difference being extremely dedicated to his job! Highly appreciated his services and hospitality!

The administration should not tolerate UNPROFESSIONAL attitude of the employees. I've been there today. My family supposed to stay there for 2 nights but unfortunately I've booked a wrong room because i have a 2 months old baby and the hotel policy is that babies are not allowed to stay with us on the matrimonial bed. What i can't take is upon check in when the receptionist saw that i mistakenly booked and paid a wrong room he start to say bad words in italian like "CAZZO" and other italian bad words Infront of us. It's not a problem for us to find another hotel to stay in. I admitted it was my mistake to book and paid a wrong room but the receptionist should talk to us in a nice way not in that unprofessional way. He is working in a hospitality industry he should talk professionally Infront of his guest! We are Very disappointed....

Avoid this "hotel"

Dity rooms: reception showed us 5-6 different rooms, all incredibly dusty.
We lost between 2 to 3 hours and had a very harsh night.

The next day, the manager didn't even want to talk to us. After insisting, the manager tried to compensate us with a 10 euros breakfast... when we said it was not enough, she offered us to leave.

Other topics: the sauna is partially broken, the "gym" is 3 very old machines next to the pool. The only thing okeish was the pool, but not 25°+ degrees as advertised. The rooms have very low water pressure.

This is the worst hotel experience I had. The room I stayed in was incredibly dirty and old, all the hotel dirty and cealing broken . I can't even explain all....hair from previous clients in the bathroom, nasty smelling towels. This ia NOT a 4 star hotel ! Eather you renovate or lower the stars !!!!
