Very bad experience, booked 2 double rooms noting down the special occasion of the anniversary and they have assigned a twin room to my friends saying that there was no double room left after booking it more than 2 weeks ago.
They made us pay 70 euro extra per room saying that we have booked for one person only, today I have checked the reservation and we have booked for 4 guests total!!!

It is a very good location because it is close to the metro line M5. The rooms are like in the pictures and you have everything you need. The staff is very kind. I recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Milan.

My 3rd visit at the same hotel. The service is super. I had few issued but they immediately made sure to fixe it. The room was clean. Breakfast was perfect. I will again return back.

The hotel is very wonderful. I was surprised that the buffets were so good and generous for Milan. In Italy, there is one rule, of course, that is worth remembering: if you take more than you can eat at the buffet and leave a lot of waste, then you will be required to pay an additional fee at this hotel: 10 euros. On the plus side: very comfortable rooms, modern, clean. They clean up very well. The reception staff speak Russian. We're so lucky. But for two days in a row there were Russian-speaking administrators. Who answered all the questions and were very friendly. Near the metro. Which was the main advantage for us. 2 minutes, sat down and after another 7 minutes you are in the center. Although this is right on the outskirts of the city, as I understand it. In general, it is a very comfortable and cozy place to live. Cons: no toothbrushes or toothpastes. There are no bathrobes (although I’m not sure they should be in 4 stars). There are no shower gels, only shampoo. There is no razor either. But I think it was fashionable to ask all this at the reception. We had it with us, so we didn’t find out. Oh yes! There is no water either. Usually, wherever we were, there was always water in the room. She's not here. But there are shopping centers and grocery stores nearby. Where you can buy everything you want very cheaply. We really liked the hotel. Toothbrushes are all nonsense, you can buy them. What pleased me most was the buffet in the morning.

Mixed Experience with Cleanliness and Payment Issues.

Location: The hotel is perfectly located, just a 4-minute walk from the Bignami metro station, which is very convenient.
Negatives:
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The carpet was in bad shape, and the walls and corners of the room were not well-maintained. It wasn't the worst experience, but definitely not up to standard.
Payment Issues:
I chose the "pay at the hotel" option, but the hotel still deducted €100.65 from my account before my stay. My total was €105.65 for one night, so this was unexpected.
The hotel explained that the deduction was a card check and that the money would be refunded after check-out. While this may be standard practice, I've never encountered this issue at other hotels with the same payment option. Moreover, the "pay at the hotel" service cost an additional €10-15, which I found misleading.
It's been two days since my check-out, and I still haven't received my refund. Additionally, a week after booking, the hotel attempted to deduct another €100 from my account. I called the reception, and they refunded the second deduction, but no clear explanation was provided. This felt quite shady.

The room air condition was not in working condition. The technician and receptionist solution was to open the window. Shocking answer coming from a 4 star hotel. Eventually, the technician spend 2 hours to fix the aircon only on the last day.
There was no coffee or tea, no cups in the room. Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel rating.

Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Some staff speak Russian. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance. An excellent choice for visiting the city. Price/quality - excellent! I recommend!

Nice place to, stay, close to public transport (Metro M5), two shopping centers, reasonable breakfast. Room is clean, convenient, with toiletries and towels. Cleaned everyday. Staff is really professional, helpful and welcoming. Free wi-fi, however you need to re-log in every 20-30 minutes - this is why 4 stars in my review instead of 5. Recommended for short city break or business trip to Milan.
