AC Marriott in Sesto remains my favorite hotel in Europe for business. It's central to quick metro access, good food options, and easy travel to the surrounding areas. The entire staff is always so helpful and kind, and I'm always happy to stay when in Milano.

The room was pleasant, typical AC hotel room, reception and service, if I can complain, the heating is too low. I can’t not faulted the reception.
However, my lower score, poor due to breakfast spread, and breakfast staff. The breakfast spread is dark and cold. I asked for a simple fried egg, and was told I have to pay for it, this put me off 3 breakfasts, to pay for a simple egg or omelette is unheard of by AC Hotel or Marriot. On a Saturday morning there is no champagne at breakfast.
The breakfast staff also restricts all guests to a dark area, saying the lighter section is reserved for lunch, making breakfast to be made on hard chairs and benches, not comfortable upholstered chairs.
I would not recommend this hotel under Marriott’s or AC Hotel’s standard on the pathetic breakfast reception and spread.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. The staff was extra friendly. I ate at the restaurant 3 times and each experience was good.

Service is really good and rooms are spacious. We arrived early and they stores our bags for us, and delivered them to the room when it was ready. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 5 min walk from the train station. We had a really good experience and will definitely recommend.

Good to book in advance as it is primarily a business hotel with meeting rooms but exceptional service , breakfast and helpful staff.
I would recommend to taste the Italian cuisine dishes offered in the lobby area together with a drink and later aperitifo.
Location is far away from the city center but the subway (2min walk) can get you everywhere!!

The hotel room and location was pretty decent, but the service that we received was not ideal or expected. I was told when we checked in that there would be an “additional guest” charge of €24 per night. When I checked the Marriott app on my phone, I saw that the difference in price was only €4 per night. Not to mention I have stayed at many, many Marriott hotels in the past and this additional guest charge has never been brought up with me.
When I checked out this morning, I talked with them regarding the charges and asked for an additional explanation of the charges and why they were so high. The front desk lady proceeded to tell me that the additional guest charge also included breakfast. I was never told this when I checked in and in fact, the lady who checked us in asked me if I wanted to add breakfast for an additional €18 per person per day. If that’s the case, then why was I told when we were checking out that it was included for the extra guest? It seems very dishonest that this wasn’t brought up when we checked in.
I asked if anything could be done to help accommodate the additional charges and to have the breakfast removed because we were never told about it, and I just kept getting told nothing could be done to help us. I understand if this is the hotel policy, but there should have been much more transparency and explanations of what the €48 that I was charged would include, instead of just quickly adding the charge and moving on. In our situation, I think that the fee should have been waived or adjusted due to not enough information given from the hotel staff. I would definitely have expected better from a 4 star hotel.
Update: The hotel reached out to me and helped to resolve the issue and I was really grateful that they would take the time to help make up for the frustrations that were caused. They did not ask me to update my review, but due to the great customer service and professionalism on their part, I decided to update this from a one star to a five star review.

Very nice Marriott hotel. Breakfast was an extra charge but was quite good buffet. Has parking in the basement for a charge. Walking distance to the M1 subway which you can take to central Milan. We liked the quiet of being outside the city, but there is a tradeoff with having to take the subway. Not the greatest of neighborhoods with some abandoned buildings but I didnt see any strange goings on. COOP market within walking distance which was nice. Staff were very helpful.

I would look thank Mr. Pietro restaurant supervisor. Very friendly, courteous,humble and always on toes.
The best guys ever came across. Always ready to help to guest. Long way to go. I would like mention to more staff name Mr. Antonio and Mr. Marco for the best service they provided to the group of 40 people serving breakfast and dinner with a finesse.

Location was super close to a metro stop which was a life saver! The only complaint we had is that one night we came back to our room and it seemed liked someone had been smoking in it. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we loved the gym.
