It's okay but the rooms are quite small it's lack of space when I open two lagguages, toilet has strange location of toilet seat I mean It is quitenear to shower cabin and as tall man I feel a bit uncomfortable during meditation time. Shower Cabin is also quite small. Anyway TBH these are small inconveniences, breakfast was quite nice, beds are comfortable, we have small fridge in room. I'm content.

I recently stayed at John’s Milan Hotel for two weeks. Initially, my experience was exceptionally positive. The breakfast offerings were great. The staff’s attention to detail and service were very nice, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.

The restaurant staff, particularly Mrs. Sara, provided exemplary service, making each meal a pleasant experience. The reception team was excellent

However, my positive experience was overshadowed by the hotel manager, Michael Pimentel. Despite the hotel’s excellent amenities and staff, Mr. Pimentel demonstrated a concerning lack of competence in managing financial transactions, specifically regarding credit card charges. Our account was mishandled, resulting in unauthorized double charges despite having paid the booking fees in full. This oversight by the management cause financial strain, leaving us without the necessary funds to continue our travels as planned. Manager was not kind or even recognize the fault or error.

The staff seems to be okay and speak English. But, they need to have qualified technician on site. Too much problem with air conditioning
