The rooms were very nice however could use some touching up. Scratched chairs and restrooms hardly had enough toilet paper or towels, we had to ask a lot. The service was good for the main part, however there is a 10 Euro charge to order up to your room. The location is far from the city center but a 20 minute walk to the train station and from there about another 20-30 minute ride from center to duomo/galleria locations. Recommend for anyone on a budget!

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
The service at the restaurant was extremely disappointing—staff were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor, even though we paid for everything. The breakfast was the same every single day, yet we were charged €25 per person, which is outrageous for such limited variety.

The hotel is far from Milan city center and not located in a trustworthy or convenient area. There were absolutely no activities for children, no play area, and no swimming pool in addition the romm is not in same of the photos a d derty —completely unacceptable, especially in the summer.

Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel.

However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the room. They were not. I tried calling downstairs, but the phone was unhooked and not working. I emailed them. Reply arrived in 20 minutes.
When I was going to plug my phone, I realized all the connectors in the room would not fit my charger. So, to save time, I went downstairs and asked for a charger. The receptionist looked at me as if I had asked for an elephant. He said, "No, can not help."
I went back to the room and switched my phone off... I have only made a reservation for 1 night, but I was expecting to be there for at least 3 more and I had said that at checkin. I was told no problem.
In the morning, I got up very early and again went downstairs to ask for a charger. This time, there were 5 people at the desk, all again looking as if I asked for an elephant. All looked at each other, and one then said: we don't have chargers, we can't help.
I found it extremely annoying! Because this is a convention type of huge hotel!!! They have never had someone with a charger problem? How come nobody can help! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!!
I went back to the room and used whatever battery I had left to write down how to get to the places I needed to go that day. I took all my luggage and I am not coming back!!!
Awful service.
The next hotel i went to, they offered to lend me their charger, and thanks to that, I was a modern and civilised person again, but, for about 7 hours, I was back in the 90s!!!
The Da Vinci Hotel did not care that I would have to negotiate the day without my mobile phone in a strange city. Not going back.

I was really excited for this hotel but i must say i'm disappointed and it is definitely not a four star hotel. The lights in our room are either broken or constantly flickering, not to mention that the room is already dark with minimal lighting. there is a safe and a fridge. there are no bathrobes, no slippers, and very limited bathroom amenities, which tiny soaps and 3 minuscule bottles of shampoo. Our sinks were blocked but fortunately they resolved that. Theres no kettle. There are no glasses, only plastic cups which is not at all expected from a hotel with such a high rating. While this hotel claims it's suitable for all types of guests, whether you're staying for holiday or business, it is not. It was extremely difficult for me to work in my room as there was no proper desk, only a high island type of dresser which was curved at the bottom which left no room for my legs. As it was uncomfortable, I asked the hotel staff several times to put a desk in my room or change the room and despite reassuring me that the problem would be solved in the morning, they failed to accommodate me. As for the good parts, it's only a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 3 minutes away from a bus stop, there is a bit of a variety in the breakfast, there's a common ironing room and many conference rooms and the area is big however i will say that the area is not being used to its full potential! The lobby is huge, with only a few seating areas. With this much space i'd definitely recommend the hotel to add more sofas/seats inside the lobby and outside! Overall, I have been quite disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very far from the city and the closest station in a 20 mins walk difficult if you have bags.

The hotel is very basic
No iron in the room and there was 1 iron in a room downstairs and so many people waiting to use it.

The toilet door was jamming
Not much toiletries provided had to ask for everything even water when we checked in
Not worth the hefty rate they charged us

The hotel grounds are green and well-maintained — there’s a sense of peace and quiet despite being close to the city. Breakfasts are delicious and varied: fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes — there’s something for everyone.

The staff is very polite and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and quickly resolved any questions we had.

Getting to the city center is easy — there’s a metro station and bus stops nearby. A great choice for those who want to relax in comfort while exploring Milan!

We’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Da Vinci!

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Stay*

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in Milan. Despite the city's charm and my excitement for the trip, the hotel's subpar amenities and service completely ruined my experience.

The room was poorly equipped, with a tiny, outdated TV that only had a few channels. There were no slippers, towels, or even basic amenities like cotton swabs. The mini-bar was empty except for two small water bottles that weren't even replenished during my three-night stay. The bathroom had only a tiny shampoo bottle, and each person was limited to one towel without a bathrobe.

The room's furniture was old and worn out. The bedside tables were bare except for the phone, which I used to call the reception to request slippers. To my surprise, they told me I had to go down to the lobby to pick them up.

When I asked for an umbrella, they provided a broken and old one that I immediately discarded.

Given the hotel's numerous shortcomings, I would strongly advise against staying here. My trip to Milan could have been fantastic, but the hotel's poor service and amenities made it a disappointment.

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

Good hotel, but the location is very far from the center and you need to take the bus to get to the subway
10.06.2025
The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.
