Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Hotel!

I had a horrible experience at this hotel due to the appalling customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and unhelpful. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in my life. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs if you want even a basic level of customer service and you don’t want your money to be stolen. There are plenty of other options in the area that will treat you with the respect and care you deserve. Manager - Sharon , concierge desk staff - Andrea and Emanuele. Let me reiterate by saying I’ve never been treated in such a condescending manner ever in my life !! Please save your money and avoid this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Edit - thank you Sharon - was the firmness of your staff telling us to call Barack Obama since we’re from America , was the firmness telling my sister that she needs to be in a grown up conversation or not speak at all ??? We did understand the Italy law of only 2 occupants that’s why we gladly agreed to leave but your staff clearly did not initially offer us a second room , your hotel staff did not want us to stay there , we kindly asked for a refund which we were initially told sure no problem , but later told we cannot get our money. We booked the hotel maybe an hour before. We never even made it up to the hotel , we were taken from the elevator door and humiliated. Is that the firmness you’re talking about ??? Or when your hotel staff said “he has a mouth he can tell you his name his self “ yeah that’s definitely for our safety, right ???
