Hotel Berna

We stayed here one night in late July 2024 while on our way to Venice before our cruise. One night was not enough. I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The rooms were wonderful. The AC worked beautifully. The front desk staff were amazing, Patient, knowledgeable and understanding. They made sure we felt welcomed and answered all questions. The slippers were a nice touch and appreciated. The breakfast was very good and well worth it for our party as we had to catch an early morning train. The location was maybe a 3 minute easy walk to the train station. We could not have picked a better hotel. If we ever make it back to Milan I would stay here again.

Had an overnight here due to plan train cancellation. Considering in is a 4 star, I found a great deal on Agoda - something like 150€ for 3 people.
Service and reception is good, helpful. Wouldn't stay longer than 1 night; the area is close to the train station so not the best. All good in any case.

Great hotel! Walkable from the train station, very friendly staff. Couldn’t figure out the shower and literally 2 minutes after I called the front desk, the engineer was at my door to help me. We also asked for a bucket of ice and it was to us right away. Rooms are big, modern and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location, a short walk across the road from Milano Centrale and a Metro station just along the road. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Daniel and Rafi. Daniel took the time to answer any questions thoroughly and find us different options for transport. Rafi at the American Bar was also such a friendly and kind member of staff. He was happy to help in any way and really made us feel welcome, and after experiencing a few rude locals when we were exploring, it was very reassuring. The free soft drinks in the mini bar were a lovely touch (the only criticism is that the fridge wasn't cold). Rooms were big and clean and it was lovely to have dressing gown and slippers provided for the stay. Very happy with our stay and would stay again!

Great hotel, located near Central Station and metro. Good noise cancellation in the rooms, also cleaning was perfect. Huge plus is that you can have a snack in American Bar in the evening. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
Definitely going to recommend this hotel to my friends and stay during my next visit to Milan

Nice and friendly staffs:) They are the most friendly staffs that I have experienced in Italy.
Clean and cozy room with free drinks. They also put little candies on the bed.
Location is very closed to the Milano Centrale.
Price is also affordable, so I gave them 5 stars.

Stayed one night to attend a concert. Very much enjoyed how close this location is to Milan Centrale and the metro. Very easy to navigate metro and visit the Duomo and surrounding areas. Hotel staff was very welcoming and the American Bar happy hour was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple and perfect before we hopped a train to Florence. Rooms are clean and very traditional. Could be updated but we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely the best - staff were so helpful and really professional and engaging, hotel rooms were spacious and well presented including robes & sleepers. Had coffee & tea facilities in room as well as downstairs. The other bonus was it was 300metres from Milan Central station. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My room was very well maintained and equipped, although smaller than I would have liked. The staff that I encountered were all friendly, helpful, and efficient. Breakfast was very good. One thing lacking was USB phone charging.

Incredibly pleasant experience at Hotel Berna in Milan! From the warm hospitality to the impeccable service, my stay here was truly memorable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

I will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.
