Hotel Berna in Milan

Very clean , very nice staff , you checkin in reception and go to another building for your room.
Room is really small, I know this is how rooms are in Europe but it’s not enough for 1 person😂
Keep expanding guys and hope you will expand rooms someday, location is prime, 2 minutes from centrale.

The buffet is really nice , waiters are really friendly and they make you feel at home!
Some of the food is really tasty and maybe the other part I am not used too.

Staying at the hotel that shares my name was a fantastic opportunity. The hotel's location was very easy, both from the airport and to get to attractions. The hotel is in a safe area. We were very pleased and will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything.

We have stayed at Hotel Berna twice now, once in the winter and once in the summer- it will definitely be our go-to hotel in Milan for future trips too. Conveniently located near Milano Centrale station and the Metro, it’s super easy to get around. Rooms are clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds (which is not always the case in Italy!). Breakfast is great with a huge selection of pastries,fruit, meats and cheeses, as well as hot options. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Milan that is near to the station, look no further.

The location of this hotel is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge help and a very appreciated service.
​The breakfast buffet was the outstanding highlight of our stay. The variety of salty and sweet options was huge, and everything was delicious—a perfect way to start the day.
​The staff were friendly and professional, though the overall atmosphere wasn't as welcoming or "home-like" as I've experienced at other hotels. My room was very clean and well-equipped, but it was on the small side. A design feature I found particularly uncomfortable was the bathroom, which had a sliding, transparent door. While this might be fine for couples, it offers very little privacy and is not ideal for friends or family sharing a room.
​Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for the price. While the room design might not be for everyone, the fantastic location and the outstanding breakfast truly made the stay a pleasure. I would certainly recommend it, especially for anyone who values a great breakfast and a convenient base for exploring the city.

We loved our stay at this hotel! While the rooms could use an update in decor, it did not impact our overall stay. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large with a rain shower, the hotel was very quiet, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and the location worked well for us. It's a 5 minute walk to Milan Centrale train station and a Metro station is around the corner. We used both for our day travels. Overall, we loved the hotel and the location worked for us!

A very nice and clean hotel near Milan Central Station. Good clean room, compared to many hotels in this area. Quiet street yet very close to the station. Good value for money.

The hotel is close to metro and train station with small supermarket nearby. Good breakfast. It’s ok for a short stay.

Very clean and tidy. 5mins walk to Milano central train station and 15/20mins away from shopping streets. Helpful staff.
