Restaurant lounge open for breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner. Reasonable process and delicious food. Small bar area is nice too.

Best place to be when in Milan! Giovanni made our stay welcoming and fun! The entire staff is extremely pleasant and ready to help when need anything! We truly loved our stay. Grazie Millie to the hotel crew!

This hotel has a great location and great views but doesn't have the usual service of a Marriott. The food is worse than your usual hotel food. The housekeeping was okay, not great. The front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were extremely helpful and kind and others were dismissive and unhelpful. The location is the best part because you can walk to a lot of great shopping and restaurants.

We had a nice stay at the AC Hotel. The rooms were on the larger side by European standards and underground secured parking is offered for an additional charge. The hotel is located 100 meters from an ATM tram stop. Line 2 takes you directly to the Duomo and Galleria in 15 minutes for 4 EUR/per person round trip.

Excellent experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Our friends were here the week before and said same. Very pleasant stay!

I came from a late flight so there was just the midnight Menue. I've chosen a main course.
When it arrived I was very surprised. "Beef stew with vegetables" was 3 slices of beef with a small splittet potato. 20€ are definitely to much for this. I'll have to order it 4 times to get full.
As I have called the receptionist (instead of giving me a discount or a bigger portion) he told me if this is to expensive for me I should better choose a different hotel. Well - as I was a guest at "Intercontinental", "Hilton", "Hyatt" and "Sheraton" the portions always were big enough (at the same price or below) to get full.
Next time I will choose one of those.

Fantastic hotel. It's conveniently located by the train station, the property looks to be in pristine condition. The views from the rooms are beautiful, you can see Bosco Verticale from your window. Wood floors and high ceilings are a plus for me. Breakfast is fantastic, I don't think is complimentary even if you have Platinum status. It's worth every penny, they have a fantastic selection from fresh fruits, pastries, juices and amazing coffee. I believe the price is €16 per person, believe me you won't regret it. The staff is attentive without overdoing it. I definitely will utilize this property in the future.
