The hotel includes breakfast in the room rate, which is a nice touch, but the selection was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, with limited options that didn’t cater to diverse tastes. It was sufficient to start the day, but don’t expect a standout dining experience.
The hotel features a pool, which is a great amenity, but it’s quite small and can feel crowded if multiple guests are using it. It’s fine for a quick dip, but not ideal for serious swimming or lounging.
Location-wise, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, which might inconvenience some travelers. In 2024 I spent over 100 nights in hotels all over the world and this one I remember the worst. The hotel is extremely old, it's probably about 40 years old and has probably never been renovated, which you can see and feel at every turn. The only plus is the free parking available. We used the restaurant and when paying for the stay it turned out that in addition to our bill, we also had a second one signed with our name by another guest. Despite the waitress confirming that we did not order these dishes and remembering who ordered these dishes, the reception expected payment because our name and room number were there. They threatened to call the police and assumed in advance that the pollutant would agree with the reception. The matter was resolved after many hours when the actual customers from the restaurant were found. However, it was very traumatic and we were not properly apologized for this situation. The breakfast was terrible, only artificial products that can cause stomach pain if eaten. I have been to very good hotels of this brand in Warsaw and Shenzhen, but this hotel should change its brand so as not to discourage customers.

place was nice, clean and big. service staff were kind and polite, and helped us in pointing out nearby attractions. will need to uber back, and is not walking distance from the centre of town.

This hotel is within expectations! But it can also be said to be unexpected! Every staff at the front desk treated us politely, warmly and thoughtfully. The room environment plus the mid-mountain! The olive trees in the yard are carefully decorated and I like it very much

I stopped by here on my Philgrimage tour. The accommodation is very good. It's a smoke free environment. The service is very efficient, staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots to discover in this area in terms of tourism.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The entire staff is professional, efficient, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast every morning was more than we expected with a decent variety of foods. The pool was refreshing especially after a 40 degree day in the sun. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is located outside historic Siena which was to our liking, however not a far drive.

This hotel is lovely! The rooms (mine was a Superior King) are nicely designed and spacious, with powerful showers and plenty of hanging space. The prices in the hotel bar are very fair and comparable to prices in Siena itself, with a glass of wine costing €7. The breakfast offerings, though simple, are plenty; there is hot food, breads and pastries, cereals, fruits, juices, meats, and cheeses, so there should be something for everyone regardless of tastes. The swimming pool is truly incredible and offers a much-needed respite from the hot Tuscan sun: the water is clean and cold, and the sun loungers on the lawn are plentiful. While the hotel is not in Siena itself, there are 4-5 buses that run directly past the hotel entrance and take you to Siena in under 10 minutes. You can pay directly on the bus so no need to worry about that! Overall, I spent a wonderful two nights here and would happily go back. Shout out to Teodora on reception for being so warm and welcoming!

DO NOT BOOK!! BECAREFUL!!!
I am an ambassador with Marriott. I stay at least 150 nights in hotels before my work takes me to different cities and I have experienced the entire range of Marriott brands. This hotel has a serious problem. The staff are arrogant and lazy and I mean lazy! The rooms are old but worse they are dirty. They don’t offer housekeeping 24 hours so if you check in late like we did they can do nothing. Not because there is no one in the hotel but because Laura and Daniele from front desk cannot be bothered. The fat and bald guy in the restaurant that is supposedly a manager is rude and he thinks people who are not white can be insulted in Italian without them understanding.
The management doesn’t care about this property at all because they are never on site. When we spoke to the front desk especially Laura she told me that you can write whatever you want but my manager won’t do anything for the rate.
The email provided by the front desk doesn’t work and you can see from the replies here on google reviews that the person solving your problems is from the revenue department. Not the front desk manager not the General Manager but the Revenue Department 😂😂
They only care about cheating the guests, taking their money and never delivering service or cleanliness while being racist.
Basically if you take a vacation once a year and book this hotel for 50€ a night that’s about what it’s worth. If you don’t appreciate racism meaning if you’re not white or Italian, then it’s best to avoid this property at all costs.

Great stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the service was fantastic. Was helped by Julia at the front desk, who was super accommodating for a special request.
Free parking and free breakfast are a huge bonus.
Only downside is that it is just out of walking distance to downtown Siena.
