Boutique Hotel Helios

Gorgeous boutique hotel - staff were absolutely wonderful, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We stayed in the non-accessible sea view room on the bottom floor and it was absolutely perfect - secluded from the main villa, we barely saw any other residents. Highly recommend the breakfast every morning. Views across the bay were excellent. Rooftop pool was lovely, the perfect size (albeit a bit cold!) and the bar was reasonably priced. It’s a bit of a walk into Sorrento town (15 min or so) and a taxi will cost you €25 each way despite being less than 5 minutes, but the walk isn’t too bad. Altogether, would highly recommend!

Very helpful staff, excellent location, easily walkable to reach the happening part of the town. Staff went above and beyond to help us familiarize with the location and provided all the helpful tips and information. 5/5 for the hotel reception staff.

Our stay here was an absolute dream we did not want to leave!!! The service is absolutely incredible - made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast, the views, the pool. All simply breathtaking. I will never stay anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing hotel and would definitely recommend to any travellers! The hotel is spotless, beautiful rooms, and breakfast was incredible. The best part was the very hospitable staff, that made our stay absolutely fantastic!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Just far enough from the hustle of town to feel private. The walk was lovely to town. Rooms were big for Europe. Breakfast was a highlight. So many delicious options and with the best view ever!

We are Canadians travelling for our honeymoon. This place is amazing. Customer service from the staff had been unreal. So good.

Amazing little hotel just outside of the main city. Rooms are spacious with great views, and the service is second to none. Will definitely come back and stay here.

I was looking for a convenient hotel in Sorrento that still had great views of the Bay of Naples and wasn't disappointed. This place is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Sorrento, which my pregnant wife was able to do without a second thought. Although we had a car, we didn't need (or want) to use it for trips into the town center. If you do plan to arrive with a car, however, let them know in advance. They have a small parking lot and if it's full you'll have to park down at the bottom of the hill and walk up!

As for the hotel, it is recently renovated, clean, and a great value. They bedroom and bathroom are good sizes, and almost all rooms have a good view. The top floor has the best unobstructed views of the Bay, while some rooms can even see Vesuvius as well. They have a patio on the roof, which has lounge chairs, a hot tub, and some patio tables/chairs. They offer a snack menu with generous portions at a good price, which they'll gladly deliver to wherever you'd like. There's an extensive breakfast spread on the lower level that has more than enough to prepare you for your day of sightseeing or relaxing.

And the staff is exceptional. They continuously go out of their way to help. In our case, we had a very early departure the Naples airport, which meant an even earlier departure from the hotel. So the night before, the staff let us check out, set up the car for us to leave, and even prepared a snack for my wife and I to eat on the way to the airport!

Certainly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
