Turin Palace Hotel

We had a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out! Room spotless, beds comfortable, terrace was lovely! We loved how close it was to the train station but it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had in any hotel! The staff is great - so helpful. We would stay here again the next time in Turin!

Extremely happy with our stay! The service was perfect from the beginning until the end.
We first had a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. We arrived a bit before checkin time but a room was already prepared for us so we didn’t have to wait. Our luggages were brought for us to our room.
The room is very pleasant, elegant and relaxing. We loved the fact that we had free access to the minibar everyday to have some water available for us. This is a very nice service!
The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of choices. The breakfast staff is always very nice and reactive. The breakfast room is stunning too!
The ladies who cleaned our room did a wonderful job, with an eye for the small details that make all the difference.

Stayed two nights. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Facility is beautiful and warm mix of traditional and modern. Don't miss the rooftop! Room and bathroom were fantastic. Breakfast was indulgent with attentive service and delicious offerings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Turin Palace Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by outstanding customer service. The staff at the check-in desk were not only fast and efficient but also genuinely caring, making me feel welcome and valued from the very beginning. This was the highlight of my day after I experience a long exhausting flight delay.

The culinary experience at Turin Palace is truly exceptional. The food is delicious, and the breakfast spread is both diverse and accommodating, catering to a wide range of dietary preferences and demographics. It's a rare treat to find such variety in European hotels, and it’s something I haven't experienced in a very long time.

The rooms at Turin Palace are nothing short of spectacular. Spacious and uniquely designed, they offer a level of comfort and luxury that's hard to come by. The large bathrooms, complete with walk-in closets, are a delightful rarity that adds an extra touch of opulence to the stay. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the proactive nature of the staff. They constantly think of ways to make their guests feel special, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether it’s a small gesture or a grand one, (for me was the 4:00 AM custom made cappuccino and Croissant prior to my departure to the airport). Their dedication to exceptional service is evident in everything they do and to me that is very important.

If I could rate Turin Palace Hotel with more than 5 stars, I would give them 1000. It’s a remarkable place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. I will certainly keep coming back here

Lovely, very clean, and well situated hotel with helpful people at front desk. We had adjoining rooms, one of which opened to a beautiful patio. The breakfast buffet was complete and I appreciated the excellent restaurant options sent to me in advance of our trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great hotel but specially amazing staff, in fact one of the best dog-friendly hotels we have been. The location is centric and the atmosphere calm and relaxed. Everyone is wiling to make your stay a special one and this makes the difference. We would recommend 100%

The best roof top bar in the city. Beautiful terrace with spectacular views of Turin. Really chill atmosphere and relaxing vibe. In sunny and not cloudy day from here, you can see full panorama of Alps.

Tip top. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are super friendly constantly smiling. Brilliant. Rooms very nicely. Super clean. Complimentary soft drinks in mini bar. Super dog friendly. Highly recommend
