Turin Palace Hotel

A great hotel. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. On a nice day the top floor terrace gives a nice view of Turin (including the mountains). Very much recommend this hotel.

The terrace was amazing. The room was phenomenal, the service was outstanding.
Luca at the front desk was absolutely stellar. I don't remember the name of the guy at the bar, but the hand squeezed, yes hand squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka was delicious, he was kind, friendly, patient and fabulous.

Did some research before booking. Seemed like a good choice. Wow, was it ever. Five nights, breakfasts, and two evening meals on the terrace. The staff were all excellent. Our room was comfortable and the bed was very nice. Such a great location adjacent to the main train station. When we return to Torino this will be our home. Great hotel!

Large hotel rooms and very nicely decorated. The spa is pretty good. Staff were attentive and service was of a high quality. Only drawback is the location as it is opposite the railway station, which is not the most scenic place in Turin. All-in-all a good stay.

Great hotel in the centre of Turin. Excellently located for access to public transport and also walkable distance to all the main sights. Our room was large and comfortable with nice touches such as free soft drinks in the minibar. Breakfast options were good and they catered well for dietary restrictions. All of the staff with whom we interacted were very kind and helpful. The spa was small but nice for a spot of relaxation. My husband had a back massage and was very impressed with the quality.

We had a wonderful experience. From checking in to checking out! Room spotless, beds comfortable, terrace was lovely! We loved how close it was to the train station but it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had in any hotel! The staff is great - so helpful. We would stay here again the next time in Turin!

Extremely happy with our stay! The service was perfect from the beginning until the end.
We first had a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. We arrived a bit before checkin time but a room was already prepared for us so we didn’t have to wait. Our luggages were brought for us to our room.
The room is very pleasant, elegant and relaxing. We loved the fact that we had free access to the minibar everyday to have some water available for us. This is a very nice service!
The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of choices. The breakfast staff is always very nice and reactive. The breakfast room is stunning too!
The ladies who cleaned our room did a wonderful job, with an eye for the small details that make all the difference.

Stayed two nights. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Facility is beautiful and warm mix of traditional and modern. Don't miss the rooftop! Room and bathroom were fantastic. Breakfast was indulgent with attentive service and delicious offerings.

This was the highlight of my day after I experience a long exhausting flight delay.

It's a rare treat to find such variety in European hotels, and it’s something I haven't experienced in a very long time.

The large bathrooms, complete with walk-in closets, are a delightful rarity that adds an extra touch of opulence to the stay. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the proactive nature of the staff. They constantly think of ways to make their guests feel special, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether it’s a small gesture or a grand one, (for me was the 4:00 AM custom made cappuccino and Croissant prior to my departure to the airport). Their dedication to exceptional service is evident in everything they do and to me that is very important.

If I could rate Turin Palace Hotel with more than 5 stars, I would give them 1000. It’s a remarkable place that I highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay. I will certainly keep coming back here

Lovely, very clean, and well situated hotel with helpful people at front desk. We had adjoining rooms, one of which opened to a beautiful patio. The breakfast buffet was complete and I appreciated the excellent restaurant options sent to me in advance of our trip. Would absolutely stay here again.
