Great location, just a stones throw from San Marco's square. There's a super market really close by in case you run out of essentials. Also great gelato, shopping and restaurants. The staff was really friendly and room was golden ✨️ 💛 highly recommend it 👌

We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly. The size of the room was just right for us and we really liked the decor. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I Would come back there again.

Nice Hotel. The best part is that it is only a 30 second walk to St.Marks square. The breakfast was very adequate. You can visit St.marks square in the morning when there is no one there.

3 stars for the beautiful rum and the good location cz it is close to Piazza San Marco(and it is individual). To much sound from the streets and the AC, so if you are searching for a quiet place, this hotel is the wrong place, at least our room. We were exited to try the breakfast (you have to buy it for 8 € per person/day) but we didn’t. On the website we saw pictures of a terrace with amazing view tables, food and waitresses. We thought that was where we eat breakfast but in the reality it was room balcony.
On the website and there we booked the room there was no info abt it. So i think they made it look like it is the dining place. I talked to a manager and she agreed with me that it is not clear info on the site and said, sorry!!

It was great location and kind staff. I highly recommend it.

The room was on a noticable slant. We ordered a twin room and have 2 single beds pushed up together because there is no room to move. If you want a shower that is even less room to move, you can bearly get into the shower and close the door and im only 58kg. No tea or coffee facilities in your room. Just a mini bar where if you open the door all the drinks fall out due to the lean in the room.
Our customer service experience was not good at all. Never got shown to our rooms or directered to it. I was left to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of floors after a 20hrs flight. Not impressed at all.
Breakfast was offered up as stale bread roll with dry egg ( or what i think was eggs) fruit looked horriable, no toast for the jam spreads.
Very over priced for what you get. They get 1 star for good location.

It's not 4 stars, but I'm giving it a 4* here because it was clean, cosy and quiet. Also very close to San Marco. Price was not cheap, but good good by Venise standards. It's an Accor hotel.

Nice enough hotel, good food, but our room on the very top floor was extremely hot. The air conditioning did nothing. Luckily they provided us with a really good fan which helped significantly.

The location of the hotel is ideal for St. Mark's Square. We were lucky enough to have a canal view, which was lovely. The room is compact but as we only spent limited time in the room it was fine. Unfortunately the hotel had an issue with their hot water, so we were unable to use the shower upon arrival, but they called an engineer in, who resolved the issue the next day. We would stay here again.

The room we got didnt look anything like the website pictures. The shower didn't function properly hot water comes after you keep the tap open for a long time. Then the flow becomes a trickle. The room was dated. Bed was not that comfortable. The staff was very unfriendly. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. For the price we paid, I expected more. Disappointed!
