Hotel Al Piave

Stayed at 4 different places in our 2 weeks in Italy, and this was the only one I would not stay again. We had a room on the ground floor, across the courtyard from the lobby in a separate building. Biggest problem was the bugs - small “pincher” bugs (I don’t think they actually bite people) on the floor every time we turned the lights back on when we entered the room, and mosquitoes if we had the windows open, despite the screens. I have bug bites all over me. They did not change on the dirty cups when they serviced the room. Ran out of toilet paper on the very last morning. As others said, breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. Hotel location was convenient, and the room was quiet. While the front desk staff was polite, I did not find them particularly help – did not want to provide restraint suggestions, etc. This was in great contrast to other places we stayed where front desk were very helpful with suggestions. I really don’t understand all the good reviews of this hotel.

Hotel Location was good.
Everything was at walkable distance.
Room size was good.
AC was working fine. And if you are visiting in summer . AC is must.....

There were few things which we did not like :
1) The room cleaning or fresh linens were not good.
2) The breakfast is included but if run late for the you get only what is left.
3) The breakfast does not have enough veg option daily same thing was repeated.
4) The bed was terrible. We were able to sleep only first day properly after that it was nightmare.
5) The room tv was not smart . So cannot expect much

Super cost hotel, super friendly staff and reasonably priced. Close to every major attractions and eateries.
