Lovely hotel! The staff were all attentive, vested in making our stay the best. Room was comfortable, pretty and clean. We had a beautiful view of the canal. Concierge planned an unforgettable evening for us. Fell in love with this hotel!

"Exceptional 5-star experience on the Venetian lagoon. Immaculately clean rooms, elegant decor, and top-notch service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, and the dinner was equally impressive — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always eager to help. Just a short 5-minute stroll to St. Mark’s Square, with charming cafés and boutiques all around. A perfect blend of luxury and location in the heart of Venice."

Great location!!! It is located in front of all water transportation stops, vaporetto, water taxi and gondola, overlooking lagoon and next to St Mark & Doge palace. The most important point is the breakfast at hotel is tasty with a lot of varieties. The staff offered friendly service. It makes us feel like home. The concierge friendly and passionately Introduced us with local attractions, shopping areas and tours though we had pre-booked tours already. We will stay at the same hotel next time and take their suggested tours.

We stayed at the Londra Palace at the end of a Mediterranean cruise. It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful location near St Mark's square at the start of the Grand Canal. What stood out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. The restaurant patio was an excellent place to people watch across the promenade, with wonderful drinks, food, and attentive yet discreet service.

We've stayed with this chain of hotels and always left wanting more, champagne on arrival with cookies and chocolates. From friendly staff who are always in top uniform, to the smooth check in. We have always been given the room well in advance, even before the check in time, something most don't do. The staff went above and beyond to recommend local excursions however we had already booked in advance. The rooms get serviced twice, once in the morning and once in the evening ready for bed. The showroom is quite nice with a fountain type waterflow behind the seat which was nice, especially after long walks. The bathroom could've used more ventilation as well as the rooms which got warm really quickly from the sun or bathroom air. We didn't leave the windows open as mosquitos can disturb our sleep and leave marks all over us. Can't wait to try more hotels in the chain

We loved this hotel. I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful. I was a bit worried I was out of my depth, but the staff were absolutely lovely. Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish, and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We were so lucky with the weather as well, but even the Londra Palace can't take credit for that. So close to the Doge's Palace and the Piazza San Marco and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. Would not hesitate to go back.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. The location was perfect and right in the middle of everything. The staff was amazing and super helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This hotel has top notch service, truly went above and beyond (from our wake up call being someone who knocked at the door to helping me mail my postcards back home to booking tours for us; and everything in between). The hotel was also extremely clean and had great bathroom products, I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. The cherry on top is that this hotel has a great location! Walkable to everything. Would absolutely recommend.

I don't normally write reviews for hotels, but I had to for the Londra Palace. What an incredible stay. The staff truly treated us like family, and it felt as though we were coming home each time we entered the lobby. The room was so beautiful with an incredible view. The fact that everything in the minibar was complimentary was also such a great touch. I would love to be able to return some day. Highly recommend!
