The worst experience you can waste your money on , we payed for the graduation party and they offer us the worse staff for catering and there sales manager whose suppose to manage our party booking not answering the calls and they decide by them self that our party will finish one hour earlier, what ever we will ask they will give you the attitude that they are giving you from their own pocket, and they want to manage the party up to their mind .don’t waste your money on this hilarious experience.

The hotel, the hall, rooms and staff how professional they are everything was super amazing .. and the hotel super clean .. i really love it and will definitely go back to it. And special thanks for Abdulkareem who was so kind and helpful.. should be 5 star not only 4 star

Fantastic hospitality with great staff. The hotel is beautifully design with outstanding service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and food is incredibly delicious with many options. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The Monarch Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
The elegant decor and impeccable service made my stay truly exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Overall in good. New hotel, so the equipments are still young.
But it’s not very close to the city enter, and make sure that you ask for a non street facing room because it’s extreme noisy on that side
The breaks fast is to skip, not a lot of choices and no freshly prepared eggs or pancakes which are pretty standard in Jordan.
The staff are very nice though.

Wonderful hotel, great location, rooms are emasculate.
Special thanks to Mr Mohamed (with glasses) who has taken excellent care of our group. As well as a special thanks to Mr Khaled who has ensured rooms were clean and ready.
Excellent staff all round !! Well done we will definitely be back at Monarch with all our groups.

Summary of my review:
The hotel is not worthwhile. I put one star for the room itself nothing more.
- The hotel hasn’t basement parkings and the outside parking without shades.
- The room bathroom has a smell from time to time.
- Knifes and forks was not cleaned, it has sticky food residue.
- The breakfast policy is not clear to me, first time the staff mentioned it would be an open buffet then they told us its just a breakfast.
- Unfortunately the Breakfast was very bad, omelette plate was toooo salty and contains a lot of back pepper, just inedible.
I spoke to the staff about this problem and that I want to get refund for that paid poor service and they told me we do not have a cancellation policy and we do not have a reservation without breakfast. The funny fact they justified it because of my reservation was during the Eid season, so what!! Because of the season the quality should be more efficient, and in the end I’m the customer who was paid for a service in a quality either they should provide it or just refund me with apology.

Stayed once there. Easy check in and helpful staff, Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again. Well located in town. Really amazing staff, all very friendly, responsive and always find time to explain different nuances.
