Lovely property with a lot of facilities at guest disposal but we stayed for 1 night and haven’t used any of them due to our short stay.

Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms with a big TV and a coop shower bathroom, we also found a body Weight scale. Talking with our group members they found empty shampoo and body wash dispenser. Outstanding the selection of 3 pillows with different size and resistance. The critical point Is the isolation of the room, we Heard rumors from the outside all the night along (room facing the main street). Normal Breakfast with limited choice in the sweets part. There Is a spot to Cook omelette, eggs and falafel

Been there for 1 night , and during my amman visit someone enter in the room and a few dress disappeared.
Asked for a feedback the day after when I arrived in the other hotel and had a connection again, but they come back to me only after 4 days .
" we checking the camera " after 3 minutes.... " nothing happened "
I would like to know how they check 8 hours gap ( i been out for more than 8 hours anyway) in only 3 minutes, and only after I been insisted for 3 days.
Not a problem for the clothes, but looks like happens often.

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Stayed here for 3 nights. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots. Very clean and tidy rooms. Has underground parking if you’re bringing in your car. The breakfast is good as well maybe could add a few more dishes.

Hotel is pretty basic. It is not far, 15 min, from center and shopping, but traffic can be brutal.
Biggest problem is quality. We reserved non smoking room. We got non smoking room on non smoking floor.
Except room was stinking of cigarettes to the point of nausea. Hotel staff response: "it happens, we gave smoker a room next you". Non smoking floor, remember? No apology, no attempt to move us. They already have your money, they don't care.
If you have a choice, and there are plenty, try to avoid this hotel.
