This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. This could easily be a four star with some updates. After two months in Cambodia my 8 day stay at the Frangipani was awesome.

We have visit the sky bar and it’s beautiful we would love to come back but the balcony bar is way too low and there is no safety we are afraid for our kids safety so unfortunately we can’t come back if they willing to put some safety net or something to prevent kids to fall off we will definitely be back

At best an average 3* , certainly not a 4*. Rooms are clean but in need of redecorating. Breakfast was dissapointing . Most of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold or warm at best.
Staff were friendly-ish but Senior management tried to ignore your presence.
Not one I will be going back to anytime soon.

The location is central and directly in front of the Royal Place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. AC works very well! I would recommend this place.

In regards to the response, how does it rectify the problem of your misleading information about your businesses promotion? When you advertise something, you should ensure that you have the correct information and provide this to the customer. Instead of trying to make excuses. Just refund the customer or, at the very least, offer a credit. So disappointing that a business can treat customers like this.
