Check in on late night on 13 march and check out 15 march early morning. Everything was ok when I pass the room key to counter and went outside. Book a tuk tuk via app and was about to board the tuk tuk at the road when suddenly counter lady ran out and say "sir, sir, you didn't pay your hotel bills".
Went back inside hotel and feel that people/staff giving me the look as if I try to cheat the hotel. The reception then accused me of not paying for laundry. I ask them to show me the receipt and they show me a laundry receipt dated 12 march for room 316. I told them I check in on 13 night and therefore it's not mine. I left immediately as I was going for a business meeting. Wasted my time and luckily the tuk tuk was still outside waiting.
To the management, please re train your staff and ask them to double check before approaching a customer and saying they owe the hotel money and trying to leave.
