PAVILION Mini-hotel

A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating.
I am a vegan and they created a special vegan menu nicely typed just for me. That’s what I call superb service.

What a beautiful, stylish and peaceful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are worth every cent, the value for money is outstanding. Furthermore the location is convenient and good. The next time in Phnom Penh I will definitely stay here again!

This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. Rooms come with repellant. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside.. i had to douse myself in repellant. I stink, and i still have been bitten many times. There were dead mosquitos on the ground in my room when i walked in. Not a luxury experience.

—- this is to the hotel: You can find the places that they breed, and eliminate them. Thats how you solve this problem. They breed in small puddles of water. You should check the areas that accumulate water and make sure they stay dry, or are poisoned so that mosquitos cannot breed. You could at least get some tiki torches or smoke. You cannot charge luxury hotel prices if we are meant to suffer mosquito bites and smell repellant all night. I am here to relax not suffer a jungle environment.

Don’t advertise a spa - you have 1 masseuse. Im not going to spend 2 hours away from my loved one so we can both get massages at different times. What is that? If i had known you had 1 masseuse i would have booked somewhere with a real spa.

Staff are all really kind and professional. Staff is amazing. Rooms are beautiful.

The hotel is amazing and very lush. It's very surprising to me that this exists in the middle of the city.

The staff is great and communicate English well.

The unlimited ala cart buffet is delicious.

The location is not far from the river.

They have free water refill and some tea for you to relax in the pool.

There is front and back pool. Back pool is best to take photos because it's no people and avoid you to prevent distractions to other hotel guests.

I'm sorry for what I did to your plunge pool, I treated it like a bath tub... And I still thank you for your grace and understanding. And I know I need to pay the cost of my action.

I wish to come again in the nearest future since we are leaving Phnom Penh for goods.

An absolutely gorgeous oasis in the middle of a busy city. I would come back to Phnom Penh just to stay here.
There are 2 lovely pools, one that gets the sun and one which is shaded by trees.
The rooms are slightly different but very lovely with a big bathroom and even signs on the shower to tell you which way to turn the tap for hot or cold water.
The staff were friendly and helpful too.
I really enjoyed the breakfast which was included as there were many options to choose from and I could order as many items as I wanted.
The location was nice but near some streets with some very expensive tourist shops.

An absolute oasis in the middle of the city. Once you walk in the door of the Pavilion, you are met with quiet and beautiful surrounds. After our days touring the chaos of the city, coming here was a respite and well needed time to relax. Our nights were spent one of the two gorgeous pools which we had to ourselves. The food was fabulous and the service amazing. Highly recommend stuff here.

Had a lovely time at Pavilion. We always have problem when we search for a place to stay during our travel. One of our main concerns is usually the actual place looks different from the photos on the hotel website but not Pavilion. Everything in this hotel looks exactly how it shows on their website! We were very happy with it. All the staffed members are very lovely and sweet. They are very polite people . We wish we could stayed there longer. I also love this cut old fashion bed design and the size of the room! The only one thing that I would like to suggest to the hotel is the noise from the fridge which sort of kept us at night. Overall everyone who will travel to Phnom Penh, I highly recommended Pavilion. I will go back again for sure!

A true oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Well preserved establishment. The guest journey was well designed. Food at breakfast was average, could easily be fixed with better bread quality, but that’s the worst thing about it. Loved the 4 days staying here. The neighborhood is very tourist friendly and it’s just what I needed.

Such a lovely little oasis. We enjoyed having our own pool and to be surrounded by the lush greenery and listening to the birds in the morning. Lovely furniture and artwork throughout the hotel. The gym was small but adequate to get in a sweat session. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property could use a bit of a face-lift but it did not take away from our stay. The food was OK, we ended up eatting out most of the time as it was cheaper. The free bicycles were so lovely to ride down near the river at dusk. We really loved our stay here and will return in the future.
