Easy to access to convenience stores or a night market.
Each floor has a shared dining space and a kitchen, and you can access to your private room with a bathroom through there.
I didn’t have anyone else during my stay so i could have a whole floor just for me.
The bed is large and comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
The reception is in another building across the alley, so you have to fo down there if you need help. Also, there’s no lift in the building so you have to carry your baggage (in my case) up to 5th floor.
No windows—completely dark and stuffy.
Extremely damp with moisture in the air.
AC was broken, TV didn’t work.
BLACK MOLD everywhere in the bathroom.
Cobwebs and dead bugs all over—completely filthy.
Mini fridge did not work at all.
I immediately asked for a different room, but they refused to move me. I contacted Agoda, but they couldn’t even get in touch with the hotel. I had no choice but to book another place the same night—I couldn’t risk my health staying here.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location—that’s it. Otherwise, stay far away. I highly DO NOT recommend this place.
I am a travel vlog and I want you to share my experience at this hotel. I’ve been to a lot of countries and stayed in many hotels but this one I encountered in Phnom Penh is different. The day I arrived at the hotel I was expecting the same picture room photos they posted on their website (which is very clean and comfortable ) but when I arrived in my room oh my goodness looks like an antique room so dirty like I rated it from 1-10 I will give 3. Aside from that, I spoke with the receptionist but this kind of receptionist is just like an alien I guess he doesn’t know what his job responsibilities which made me more angry. To the customers who can read my comments trust me just look for another hotel room If you want your travel to create a happy moment in Phnom Penh..
