for the airport. Central market next door and other markets and eating areas within 10-15 minutes walk..stayed here 5 years ago and the standard has not dropped..well done.
I ordered a standard twin room as in the video, but was given a small room.
The room had dirty used towels with clear marks of lip stick etc.. on them.
Old air-conditioning but working..
..toilet was clogged from the day I arrived,
shouldn't they have made sure it wasn't?
There was a girl at the reception when I
checked in who at first..
"couldn't't find my order"
"found it" then early check in was $2 alright..
..but when she gave me the key and I had
given her $10 so she had (maybe) forgotten
the change...
Anyhow, hmm also loud in the hallway and at floor 6 you could hear cat's (or worse) on the roof.. im sure they just want to do a good job,
but please train the staff better and please provide what you have sold.
Don't be like so many businesses here and place that s in front of Cambodia.
This is for the manager/owner to handle.
They only two negative points: one more a housekeeper tried opening our door without knocking. Luckily, we had the privacy lock on. The second thing was that the laundry service took longer as expected, 2 days instead of 1, but once received, we were impressed by the quility of washing.
All and all, a great budget place to stay in the middle of Phnom Phen!
