Authentic Khmer Village Resort in Siem Reap

This hotel is an oasis of calm in the near central area of Siem Reap Pool is amazing .Service amazing Nea and Kim being the one's we remember doing a fantastic job..
Food was great .
Rooms are very comfortable, great air conditioning and cleaned perfectly every day..
The bathroom could benefit from better lighting but that's being niggling .
Would come back in a heart beat.

This is a lovely hote,l the pool is brilliant 👏 very quiet and relaxing and very authentic , bathroom needs a better light but that is only a small detail ..more space than most other hotels would definitely recommend 👌

A nice enough resort located just a short tuk tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap. The rooms were a good size — not much natural light, but that was fine as we spent most of our time by the pool or out exploring. The main downside was the really low water pressure in the showers (I see from other reviews this isn’t a new issue). The staff were friendly and helpful, and since we visited during the low season, some services were pared back — but it also meant we had the main pool practically to ourselves whenever we used it. Taking the good with the bad, I think four stars is a fair rating.

Location is very quiet a bit outside the center, perfect to relax at the beautiful pool.

We stayed in the two bedroom pool suite for five nights in August of 2025. We have two boys aged 9 and 11. This resort was perfect - an oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily complete with variable towel animals. They cleaned our personal saltwater pool several times during our stay. The breakfast buffet was spectacular - fresh fruit, veggies, potatoes, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken sausage, cake, salad, cereal, watermelon and pineapple juice, coffee bar made to order, omelet and egg bar, pastries… all included in the price of our stay. The drinks and lunch/dinner were more expensive than other restaurants in the area but the convenience and the pool surrounding the restaurant made it a convenient and fun place for our family to eat daily. I would say that if your child can’t swim then this resort may not be for you - the pathways are surrounded by beautiful water plants but there is a 4’ drop off the walkways which would make me nervous with a toddler. The pools are a perfect temperature - not cold but refreshing and are only one level - the one around the restaurant is deep, maybe 6-7’ and the personal pools around 4’. Perfect for us. The hut is just that - a hut. There were a few small gaps in the floor and some ants present, however, ants were present in every restaurant we ate at in Siem Reap so this is a part of the environment. There were three air conditioning units in our hut - one in each bedroom and another in the common area providing ample coolness from the extreme heat and humidity outside. Also, you can’t flush toilet paper which is also common practice in Cambodia. They provide a sprayer in the toilet and a garbage for you to place toilet paper that was emptied daily. For transportation there was almost always a tuktuk driver parked in their lot ready to go at your leisure and if not the staff would get one easily for you. They arranged our transport to and from the airport for $35/way. Loved our stay, the resort, the massages, and the food. Thank you to all the staff - you make us feel welcomed and like my rambunctious boys weren’t a nuisance. ALSO! I say another review complaining about a dress code at the pool. Basically you can’t wear your clothes in the water and no thong bikinis.

Good experience for families but the quality of the stay can be improved.

This gorgeous little Paradise is just a few blocks away from downtown. I was spoiled and attended to by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The owner was on site the entire time and made a point to chat with guests during the delicious breakfasts. The pools (yes there are 2!), my sweet bungola (that reminded me of a rustic 70's Canadian cottage), the gardens, the beautiful lotus filled pond, and the massages were top notch. My only regret is that I was staying longer in order to enjoy the gorgeous amenities. I most definitely recommend this beauty hotel for those looking for a more Authentic Khmer experience. Magnificent little paradise in Siem Reap. Welcoming and accommodating staff, stunning facilities, and clean, comfortable accommodations. The decor is unconventional—either you love it or you don't; personally, I love it!
