What stood out most to us was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They were very attentive and helped us organise our excursions and travel outside of the hotel making it easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves more. The location was good. Close enough to everything we wanted to do, but outside of the main city so it was very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend staying here whilst visiting Siem Reap and the magnificent temples.

What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service. A heartfelt thanks goes to Phea, the manager, who took care of us with such professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect, and his warm hospitality truly elevated our visit.
If you are looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay in Siem Reap, I cannot recommend The Embassy Angkor Resort enough. It’s not just a resort, it’s an experience – and Phea and the team make it truly exceptional!
The hotel is located nearby the city center and only 20-30min tuktuk ride from most of the temples. They offer good tour options directly from the hotel at a good price. The hotel is very clean with excellent food and amenities. The suit with private pool was huge and the mattress was super comfortable. Will visit again if I return to Siem Reap and will recommend this location to family and friends
The staff are all sweet and thoughtful. One example I’d like to share is that we had to leave for sunrise at Angkor Wat at 5am in one of the mornings and the staff packed us Continental style breakfast to go.
Highly recommend.
Worth way more than the price you pay for. I asked the hotel to do a mini celebration for my mom’s birthday and they went above and beyond with the service.
The room is clean, everyone is super nice and friendly. Will come again for sure.
