It was a lovely and delightful experience. The decor is breathtaking - we visited during the Christmas holidays so there was lots of festive decorations and displays throughout the hotel.
The room was exceptional as it had most amenities and facilities but few of the appliances such as kettle & fridge were not working and had to be replaced. The location of the hotel is quite central and easily accessible from the main city with a lot of surrounding shops and restaurants.
The hotel has an extensive breakfast buffet with a menu which caters to everyone’s needs and the staff at the restaurant are super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers all kinds of cuisines.

The building is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful wooden furniture and accessories that you don't find very often anymore. The hotel was wonderful, but the service was possibly the best service we have ever had in a hotel. We were greeted by Andy who made our stay very special when he mentioned to the adjacent restaurant that it was my partner's birthday, so they set up a special table along with a birthday celebration for him which made our stay so much more meaningful. The entire staff was beyond helpful, I cannot recommend staying here enough.

Our experience during water festival was great right here. We were welcoming warmly at the main entrance, and were offered welcome drink with Khmer cake. It was delicious and staff was very friendly then he escorted me to my room. Wow !! My room is very beautiful, specious and very clean. The breakfast has variety of choices, local and international buffet.

Luxury hotel that is remarkably affordable. Generous-sized rooms, comfortable bed, good A/C. Really nice pool. Everything kept meticulously clean. Impressive breakfast spread. Staff extremely attentive and helpful with booking drivers/guides and suggestions for things to do beyond the temples. Really excellent value for money.

We went on a 4 day vacation to Cambodia and this resort is amazing place to stay there...The hospitality is awesome and resort is very beautiful...The breakfast was good too...The swimming pool was very clean and we loved swimming with our 2 year old kid. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. In all a very nice place to stay in. Whenever we visited the resort back from the whole day tour the staff used to greet us with cold wet towels and with a warm smile which pleased us so much. I will recommend this 5 star property to all.

We spent 3 nights at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Having stayed at other 5-star resorts in Bangkok, Phuket, and Bali, I was really surprised by how Borei Angkor exceeded expectations, especially considering the reasonable price. It felt like we were getting so much more than what we paid for.
If you’re visiting Siem Reap for Angkor Wat and are looking for great food, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Borei Angkor. It was a memorable stay, and I’d love to return in the future!

The best service I have ever had at a hotel. The staff are so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. They made my stay excellent and I truly appreciated all of their kindness. If you come to Siem Reap, please stay here!

The staff is very kind and nice. Rooms are very wide, but the glass of the window is not double and the balcony door doesn't close so good, so you can hear a lot of noise from outside. The air conditioning is quite good but it is very noisy.
The swimming pool and restaurant are amazing, peaceful and quite.
Fitness center is huge and it has a lot of complements to make the needed sport.

Great hotel, wonderful staff they are polite professional and very helpful. The room we used was superb, the hotel is outstanding. The pool and bar area are first class. Food in restaurant was very good, breakfast had a lot of choice, both international and local. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Thank you we would definitely recommend.
