It's a tourist destination, hospitality is very important. The hotel didn't help customers but tried to take benefits as it was the international marathon day and most hotels got fully booked. I asked them which one they prioritize; provide good experience to customers or non-flexible policy. And guess what a hotel says "firmly policy". I was so speechless.
On a side note, the room that I paid extra also has cockroach
