1. The price of a double room, the superior location/considerate service, it is worth recommending!
2. You can't complain about the breakfast being a 1set set or the hygiene. You can't use the star standard to rate the segment. When you give a bad review, please compare whether your ¥ is proportional!
3. The hotel's additional supporting paid services, such as the price of the chartered car for the big circle/small circle, are cheaper than what I found last year.
4. The hotel has a car rental service. It takes basically 30 minutes to get to the location of the small circle on Google maps. It's convenient! So this time I chose to rent a motorcycle and drive myself!
1.5 days bargained for 💲20. In addition⛽️ 💲4.5 for the whole journey, and there was still half of the gas left to return the car! The small circle comment went twice!
On the morning of the 3rd day, I applied for a free delay to 07:00am to return the car. I also wanted to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. The customer service was very good to delay the return of the car to 07:30am! nice trip here, thanks for your help!

I had book 2 rooms via Agoda. On the website rooms looked amazing and on the top of it, a huge discount. I was quite excited of this reservation and can't wait to be at the hotel. Once arrived I was welcome by a professional trainee who did the check in without issue, invoices and other document were ready. All good until I saw the room. Once door opened, my mood changed the room wasn't at all like the photos on Agoda. Mistake from Agoda or the hotel management to don't update, I don't know but action must be take. However I realized after few minutes that it wasn't the room I booked. Back to the reception I informed the team that my booking was for a studio with balcony but I was in a Family deluxe room which they informed that it was an upgrade as studio were not available. Shame as I was alone and I really hope to get the room booked with the pool view. I got the roof view instead. Positive experience is the team. Very professional, polite and helpful. I really advise the owner and/or management team to take action on the maintenance. Your team is good, location is great but your rooms must be renovate, there is more competition in Siem Reap and some hotels offer quite new rooms with similar amenities and cheaper price than Central privilege.

I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days.
The view from the window was great, and the bed was deluxe, so it was very comfortable.
There is a pool next to the entrance, so it's great to go in when it's hot during the day!
I ordered breakfast included, and there were several options, so I could enjoy Khmer food, and I could help myself with drinks and fruit, so it was a perfect hotel for a relaxing stay! I'd like to use it again.

Very clean and tidy boutique hotel, when opening the door (when you are at ground floor), you can simply walk to pool side. It's located in the city, not far away from bus station and pub street where plenty of restaurants and bars are. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel, the rooms, and the facilities are very nice, as is the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food and coffee were excellent. The only thing is that on Saturday there was some noise from a nearby bar until 11 p.m.

The location of the hotel is excellent, around the corner is makara street, 10 minutes across the bridge and you are in the center (old town) . if you go right at makara street, five minutes and shop 7/11.nearby there is a local cafe right outside the hotel where for 18,000 riels you can eat 2 servings of Khmer very tasty soup. Yes, it's not very clean, and the squeamish won't like it, but the soup is really delicious and there were no problems with cooking.
Our room was deluxe, without a balcony, the furniture is not new, but everything works as it should. The shower is slightly leaking, but these are small things. Our windows faced the wall of the neighboring building, the windows were not washed, but there was nothing to admire there either.
The hotel is quiet, you can sleep in peace.
Disadvantages:
1. we had a room with a bunch of mosquitoes, the reception staff was very helpful and gave us mosquito spray, we sprayed it in the room and they did not disturb us at night.but you need to ventilate it well, the balloon smells strongly. We even started to suffocate. There may be fewer mosquitoes in the other room.
2. for me, the mattress seemed very soft, it creases under the weight, even though I weigh 70 kg. And then it doesn't straighten back up. Maybe it's on purpose, but it's more comfortable for me to sleep on a hard mattress.
Positive:
1. The hotel staff is as helpful as possible.
2. we were settled earlier than the scheduled time.
3. We helped you buy a SIM card and set it up.
4. They always smile and help. Thanks a lot for that.
We will return to this hotel again! Thank you for a pleasant time!

It is a quiet and secluded place, although it is 5 minutes away from the night market. It is also a very good location because you can walk to Pub Street. You don't have to go far to rest in the hotel, swim, eat at the restaurant, and rest comfortably. All the staff greeted me with a smile and did their best to make sure I was comfortable, like at home, during my stay. Thank you.
