It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just being finished as we left. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was enormous. Breakfast is a real highlight. It is fabulous. A great selection of different foods and incredible staff. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The hidden gem here is the Khmer food. We had to ask for another menu to get this food, which was delicious and the servings were large. Very large even when a medium rather than large was ordered. Bottom line: would we return? No hesitation: absolutely.

This place is fabulous! The staff are all so friendly, polite and helpful. All the facilities are clean and the pool is wonderful! The buffet breakfast has lots of delicious options. It’s in a great location and there are lots of tuk tuks outside ready to take you out exploring. 10/10 for an amazing stay.

Came here to celebrate my 21st birthday and it was the best decision made. The service and the hospitality was top tier. Other places don’t provide much information about things happening in the area however Memoire provided all the facts about what happens where and were happy to help you get there which I also loved.The rooms were beautifully neat, pool was clean, breakfast had a large variety. Everyone working there was so lovely and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. They surprised me on the last day with a cake which I didn’t expect at all ( wasn’t planned by my parents). They will go above and beyond to make your stay as best as it can be. They got us scarfs in the end to and I thought that was the cutest final touch in the end for us to remember this place. It truely was one of my most memorable birthdays and I will recommend this place to anyone who’s going.

I like the staff.
I arrived early at around 10 AM, and even though the check-in time is actually 2 PM, they give room as it was already clean.🥰
The staff is really friendly, and she recommended a good cafe. It turned out to be a great recommendation.

Came to celebrate my daughter’s 21st bday. Most memorable experience for her . Love the friendly staff’s, their hospitality of each day. Breakfast is lovely and not forgetting their pools which we enjoyed cooling in after every hot day travels. On our arrival the room was decorated with a birthday cake creatively done on her bed. And a night before we left they brought cake and celebrated her birthday, and gifted us a traditional scarf which gave a very emotional finish to our stay at Memoire d’ Angkor Boutique Hotel.
Very central location, tours were easily booked by the staffs. Every thing thats needed to make any vacation pleasant and satisfying, Memoire d’ Angkor Boutique Hotel is the one, from our great experience .

Had a great stay with Memoire D'Angkor Boutique. The location was perfect for us as we still wanted to be with 10 minutes walking distance to the bustle of pub street and eateries but far enough away to have some peace. The hotel decor and rooms are a bit dated but excellent value for what is paid.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had good variety. The staff kindly packed us a take away breakfast for the morning we were away for a sunrise tour of Angkor wat. Didn't get a chance to try the pool but it is clean and lovely area. There are ATM machines nearly next door and a supermarket less than a minute away.
The staff and service truly go above and beyond. Special thanks Kimsinh who regularly checked in with us, gave extremely helpful advice and always had a bright smile for us.

Excellent hotel, room, staff, restaurant, and pool. My wife and I stayed three nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Ate breakfast at
the hotel buffet every morning. I enjoyed the pool. The staff kindly, and unexpectedly, brought us a cake for our anniversary -- very kind!
Highly recommend. (Not expensive, either.)

Honestly, in all my travels the customer service at this hotel has been the best. The hotel smells like nice lemons and the rooms aswell. I had a small issue with one of my items on the menu and the manager took care of my issue and then some.
Food was good and tasty.
Your only 700 metres from the party street so you have easy access and you don't get any of the spillover from it.
The front desk staff always smile and care about your every wish.
Additionally we checked out at 12 and they gave us full access to the spa and showers all day so we can finish our activities and wash up before the flight.
If your looking for a premium quality hotel that is budget friendly this is the place to be.
Food was good and tasty.

An excellent choice when visiting Siem Reap. The location is walking distance to the night market and Pub Street with various shops along the way. The room is nice with the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

There's always a Tuk-Tuk waiting outside to drive you down to the Nightmarket or Pub Street (1 USD, app 5 min ride). Pool is nice and very clean. The gym & the family room could use some makeovers. Excellent continental breakfast with amazing local fruits.
The hotel offers an airport pickup service - would recommend to take it as the app Grab didn't really work at the airport and there are no taxis available ad hoc (at least we haven't found some).
