What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself.

They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel.at home. All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide. Simply outstanding.

I'd definitely stay here again. They know how to set the bar high with the level of service.

Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delectable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all excellent. Don't forget to try their Cambodian Beef noodle soup and the brown sugar sticky rice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel that has a definite retro style. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, and yet at the same time were not intrusive. Excellent breakfast and an easy walk to some top restaurants, although the food at the hotel is extremely good too.

Absolutely lovely hotel just outside the bustle of the centre with touches of local culture and heritage. It has a colonial elegance while being comfortable and not at all pretentious. The service was excellent: the staff were all so warm, friendly and attentive and gave my visit a personal touch. The food was also superb, with delicious Cambodian noodle soup for breakfast and the best Fish Amok I had while in Cambodia.

My family and I had a great experience here visiting Siem Reap for 3 days. Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Soren went above and beyond and was always more kind and helpful than he had to be.

We booked a tour of Angkor archaeological park through the hotel with Lors, who was a great guide as well - very informative and also down to earth and kind. Thank you all for helping us have a great time in your city.

This place is such an oasis. The staff went above and beyond for us, they are so kind and attentive. Rooms are a great size, pool area is awesome and the food is delicious. And is so well-priced for a 5 star resort, was recommended to stay here by a friend and we would happily stay again on another visit!

Very beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. We booked our Angkor tours through the hotel and our tour guide Sunny was awesome! Very informative and loves his culture and his country.

The hotel's ambiance was like a mix of colonial and native with lots of plants throughout the hotel premises.

Genuine review. I am not paid for this. This hotel definitely belongs in my only 5-stars and above TRAVELS must haves in life! Only con, water heater not so warm, but heck, hubby and I travelled during hottest season in cambodia, so it did not bother us one bit at all. Love the hotel design, very SPACIOUS room, super CLEAN and ECO friendly and ahmahzinggg service staff. I rate Heritage hotel Siem Reap 7.5 STARS!
