Amazing place, great service and meals , high end place

The hotel is located in the city center of Siem Reap, close to Angkor Supermarket, Angkor Wat and Pub Street. The hotel's dinner can be booked in advance, and there are local traditional performances. It is a very good experience. The breakfast is also rich and tastes very good. I will stay again.

This is most likely THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the service is top notch, the attention to detail is unbelievably excellent, the photos online don’t do this hotel enough justice. I am just so in awe of this hotel and the fact that they went beyond and above to make our stay as unforgettable as possible in the best way. I would definitely come back to stay here just to have a detox retreat here in the future. We also did a cooking class here with chef Kinsan and his team which was super fun. Special shout out to Viva (extremely attentive and polite, always smiling), my masseuse lady Kimmech (one of the best), Kourou also helped us organized some lovely tours, Ladang, and Kavi who let me come back for breakfast after check out when my flight was rearranged. It even makes me sad that I had to leave. I’d rate this hotel 12/10.

I can’t say enough how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The pool was so serene and peaceful. There were so many secluded areas within the pool that provided additional privacy. My family and I had done the candle lit ceremony and the traditional dance dinner. The staff was so nice and the chef came and introduced himself with the staff. What an experience. Angkor Wat was already an amazing vacation but the Hyatt made the trip extra special and a memorable.

A dated property showing its age. The location in the middle of the city makes it a little challenging to do much improvements to the property and hence maintenance (lack of it) shows.
Would not recommend it if you are looking for a 5 stars property in Siem Reap. A Hyatt grade property being marketed as Park Hyatt.

Everything about this hotel is good value and premium. I highly recommend it. Love the breakfast. Possibly the only con is the food outside of the breakfast offering. A bit average compared to other Park Hyatt experiences and the options in Siem Reap outside the hotel.

The hotel is stunning, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the location is unbeatable.
Unfortunately, the bed was the hardest I have ever slept on at a hotel, and the room was near perhaps a maintenance room or laundry facility with very loud machinery that would start up every hour and stay on for ~30-40minutes. It was loud enough to make sleeping difficult. As I was only there two nights, it was not worth moving rooms.
The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately, it did not make up for the lack of good sleep due to bad bedding and noise. If you stay here, make sure to ask for a room in a quieter location.
