Very poor service smell everywhere staff completely not cooperative overrated hotel

The hotel is in excellent condition and perfect for a family with one child. We really appreciated that a baby cot was already set up in the room upon check-in. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. Its location is also very convenient for getting to both the city and the airport.

The night shift receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, promptly providing us with the crib they had forgotten to place in our room. The room size was average, and it offered very good value for money. However, there was a noticeable lack of attention to room cleanliness. The bedside lamp was not working, and there were no power outlets near the bed. Breakfast offered limited variety and wasn't particularly tasty. Furthermore, the breakfast staff were quite cold and sullen. The location was a bit out of the way (though it was convenient for us for car pickup nearby).

Room was small, carpet stained and needs replacing. Public areas poorly maintained. Breakfast was adequate staff were polite.

Good hotel, clean room, checked in early because there were free rooms. Many thanks to the girl at the reception. Easy to get to.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS. I slept there on July 7-9, 2024, room 515. There were bedbugs in the rooms!!! Very strong invasion, I was bitten severely - over 100 bites!!!, healing took over 2 weeks, and all the things and the house needed to be disinfested. The staff arrogantly claims that it is not their fault. And it was theirs - because they didn't pay attention to the marks on the bedding, and such an invasion must have lasted at least 3 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
