Grata by Centrum Hotels

The hotel is old but in good condition. The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of products, so everyone can find something for themselves. The best part for me was the pancakes! However, on the weekend, the staff seemed a little lazy, and many items were missing from the buffet at the same time.

Very large and comfortable room with a decent size balcony as well. Nothing fancy but it was clean on arrival, neighboring sounds didn't come through the walls and there was plenty of room. Check-out was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good with wide range of warm as well was fresh products and constant service. Quiet location but still very close to the city and the sights. Only downsides were the lack of an AC, small fridge and a safe. Also the bathroom design so that some of the shower water flowed to the bathroom floor which was a bit inconvenient when using the other parts of the bathroom.

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling. The rooms are basic but spacious. The breakfast is quite exceptional compared to others I've had in this price range.

I stayed in Grata hotel with my wife during the Christmas and my experience was very positive. I’m also thankful to their staff who allowed us to do early check-in. In addition, we both loved their morning breakfast. Thank you for this wonderful experience and I hope to stay again in future also.

5/5 if I could give 10+ I would do! It’s really worths the price and actually the price is so cheap compared to the service given. The hotel in general is so tidy and clean. The rooms are enormous compared to a hotel room and mostly have great views, I’ve been into two rooms because I reside two times in this lovely hotel, both times I had a great view, good light, huge bathtub and bathroom. All the facilities you might need they have in the room electric kettle, fridge, water, daily bringing tea bags by cleaning the room. But they have also a great ambiental care mentality which explains how to save energy but not washing towels by daily basis (if it’s not needed) 🌱👍🏻. The breakfast is vast and fresh, you’ll have lots of choices of salty or sweet tastes paying a really cheap price. The staff at the reception are super helpful, polite and also super professional, they would do their best to make your stay easier and comfortable. Everything in this hotel is so likely. It has supermarkets, laundry and restaurants close by. I highly recommend Grata hotel because it’s definitely worth the price! And I mean it because I tried other hotels in the city! 👌🏻🌟☺️
