I want to thank the staff for the incredible service we received during our stay. A special thanks to Anton who helped us when we had issues with our booking and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety and a chef in the middle cooking eggs and pancakes, which added an authentic touch. The drinks were also excellent, and the spa was fantastic. We had a spa treatment that was the best I've ever experienced.
Our room, unfortunately, had no view and sloped ceilings, which made it feel dark and small. Next time, I will make sure to book a room with a view, as I believe those rooms must be amazing.
The location is perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Great hotel to stay in Riga Old Town.
Central location, clean & modern hotel.
Staffs were friendly & helpful too. Special shout out to Veronika at the front desk who were really thoughtful & helpful in trying to find my lost items. She went well above & beyond.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to the old town. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I strongly recommend! Unfortunately, the spa was under maintenance during our visit, so we have no experience with it, at least it looks great in the pictures!

Bathroom a bit dirty near the Tap and bathtub. Pets were not properly taken into account, there were no extra towels or water cups for the animals.
the spa department had a small 12.5m long 28°c swimming pool and a 12°c cold pool. you need to make a reservation and pay 20€ per person for the spa department, and you can only enter with a QR code, the spa is small but does its job satisfactorily, although I think I would skip it and save my money.
Nearby there is a McDonalds 600m away and a very easy walking route. The hotel breakfast is €16. Breakfast had multiple options, there was no traffic and good music, decoration and atmosphere, cheesecake, juice, snacks, waffles... Gluten-free options, but the only hand disinfectant pump in the breakfast place was empty, so hand hygiene was inadequate.
The windows were dirty.
The hotel does not have its own parking area, there is a parking area next to the hotel, but it is 40€/day and you can park in front of the hotel for 15 minutes.
The rooms are nicely decorated. The bed and pillows are pretty soft and you can sleep well. In the room, the entire floor is carpeted. There are no key card readers in the elevators. I think the staff friendliness could have some room for improvement.

The hotel is really worth the money. Situated in the very center of the city, the old town starts behind the corner. Interestingly, in the basement where the spa is situated, you can see well-preserved medieval ruins of the walls behind the glass. The spa is small but cozy, including 3 saunas, a pool, a large jacuzzi, and a reservoir with 12°C water. I liked the sauna with aroma; there were natural herbs in a strainer above the stove, periodically moistening with water from above. Rooms are spacious, sound isolation is good, and the air conditioning system worked well, although some instructions on how it operates might be somewhere nearby, as I really didn't understand why the temperature always stayed around 25°C, despite adjusting it to 23°C! The bed was comfy, and the mattress was sufficiently rigid. Breakfast was quite good, including porridge, pancakes, waffles, cakes, and more. Though more berries and jams for porridge/yogurt might be available. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and polite.

A few days prior to our arrival I received an email with an offer to upgrade to River View room for a few Euros per night, which I accepted. On arrival, there was no note on our booking (despite my request), and our Standard room in the other building had a view of the internal courtyard with very little natural light so we had no idea what the weather was. We thought it was cloudy, but it was actually sunny day (photos show the view from our room and the room during the day).
We were also surprised that at '4* hotel', they don't clean rooms every day or replenish tea bags and toilet paper?
The positives were the breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower and easy access to the airport by bus 22.
Would I have known that Standard rooms have no privacy and are so dark I would have never chosen this hotel.

+ Service was good. Specially the ladies at spa and in spa treatement area were warm and kind.
+ Hotel's restaurant was great and offered delicious coctails.
+ Price of the room with daily spa access was totally worth it.
+ Location is perfect if you like Old Town. In the other hand, there is around 10-20 minutes by walk to Riga's centrum.
- Hotel room didn't include tissues in the bathroom and there were big lack of towel hooks in the bathroom.
+/- Pillows and blankets were just okay.
- Breakfast was okay. I missed fresh fruits. The fruits there were canned fruits.
- We had bought late check-out. However, our room cards started to unwork 2 times on the final morning. It made us feel like we were not wanted to stay there anymore.
However, that Riverside hotel recommended by a friend was good and I don't regret staying there.

This hotel delivered what I have expected for one night stay. Modern, clean, good location.
The only downside is parking 🅿️ car has to be left in the on site location (few minutes walk from the hotel)🏨.
Breakfast was very nice, variety of savoury and sweet options.

Good central location in Riga. Rooms nice and modern and comfortable. However, I did think 20 Euro per spa access for indoor facilities was a bit steep considering you're paying around 90+ Euros per night for the hotel. The spa, however, was very nice with excellent facilities. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. My only comment would be maybe worth having a booking system for breakfast as the Sunday morning breakfast was really busy and there were no tables left and had to wait a while. Monday, however, was better managed. Would stay again and recommend.
