It is okay!). Breakfast was good. Location is " more or less". Room is good, not big, but view on the street is interesting.
There is white bathrobe and slippers. Taxi they offer is a bit too expensive..better order on yourself something else:)) Hotel itself is beautiful creates lovely atmosphere.

Great base for exploring riga. Not in the old town but 20 min walk. Near to the art deco and central area of riga which have amazing restaurants. Great breakfast so much choice. Room smelled a bit musty but has everything you need, balcony and spacious bathroom. Would recommend, great value for money

A very nice hotel, conveniently situated close to the city centre and the old town. It is located in a beautiful historical building and the interiors are beautiful as well. My only complaint would be that the rooms' equipment is a bit old fashioned but that is not necessarily a bad thing I suppose.

Awful toilet. Fecal matter in toilet brush. Mildew in the shower. First night the AC didn't work at all. Next day it got fixed, but with a performance comparable to having an asthmatic penguin coughing from the ceiling. Breakfast was terrible. Bad selection and felt like a 90s school lunch.
Bed was hard as a rock and then 2 very small flat couch cushions as substitute pillows.
Since one of the bigger roads was close by, could use some sound deadening.
Very friendly and helpful staff though!

Rooms are spacious but old. The tiles in the bathroom are damaged, the bathroom is equipped with a tub with the curtain and shampoo is distributed in small packagings. The hotel looks stuck in the past. But breakfast was very good. Staff was nice.

Brilliant 5 night stay. Lovely spacious room and perfect bathroom. Comfortable bed.Had balcony but to cold to make use of it.
Breakfast was very good and had options for all tastes.
Staff were lovely and always helpful.

Very nice hotel with good room and nice atmosphere. Very good and tasty breakfast. Good service at reception. I lhad a chance to visit sauna and I liked it. Recommend for few day's stay

For my trip to Riga, Latvia as an American tourist, I had nothing but an amazing experience here even though it was a one day stay at this hotel. The front desk ladies were very friendly, room was cozy/clean, had plenty of amenities, free fast Wi-Fi, great quality breakfast, and I love the historical building I stayed in which was near old town Riga. 10/10 experience!

Some reviews have panned this hotel for needing updating. Although we did notice a small bit of peeling wallpaper, our room was extremely clean and comfortable and the property overall presented well. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable rates make this a place where we would stay again.

Nice and clean, quiet with polite helpful staff. Breakfast had a variety and done very well. Facilities look clean and a nice offering although we didn't use them. Location is perfect for access to the art nouveau district, the parks and the old town.
