Hotel and our room was very pleasant. Air conditioning in the room didn't work well enough, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep during this hot weather.
Location really good, restaurants and the beautiful old town is just around the corner.
Breakfast was excellent.
The information about the parking could have been better. It was not easy at all.
We were given instructions how to get to a parking area which is 15€ per day and the payment would be in cash. We were not informed though where we could make the payment and we didn't get much help from the front desk when asked. We had to find out ourselves there was a small cabin where we could find a person to make the payment, but he was sleeping and didn't wake up. We assumed it would be easy and effortless to leave our car to the parking area but it became very stressful. We had already driven the whole day and just wanted to get to the room and sleep.
We found parking on the street with 2,5€/hour and we're more than happy to park there for our 2 night stay, as it was so easy and quick even it was more expensive.
So the hotel was great but the co-operation with the parking does not meet the standards. It really affects the hotels image in a harmful way.

The hotel is great and very modern. We enjoyed our stay. We have a toddler, and we liked that the hotel has a little indoor play area of babies and toddlers. Spa is great, but you need to pay extra to use the spa. Spa includes 2 saunas, pool but pool is on a small size and jacuzzi. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Rooms have a mini bar in the fridge, which is handy.
We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

Rooms are sparse. TV is small. Elevator is slow. Personnel are pleasant but not very helpful. Since there are policies against drinking your own wine, you must buy theirs. Red wine adverised/listed @E18 not available. When requested they indicated not their responsibility, rather the Restaurant. I requested a short extension cord....not available and they did not care enough to ask maintenance. On the plus side their breakfast was good but packed. The overall feel was a mid-rate hotel. Next to hotel are 2 o 3 bars and it was a little loud after 11 or 12am.

Hotel in very convenient location next to the central train station and airport bus stop. The hotel itself seems well kept, the room was nice with large bed and spacious bathroom. The only downside is when you book a single room, you get room with windows to the skylight. Because of this there was very limited amount of natural light coming in, making the room bit depressive.
I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, but the breakfast room seems bit undersized for the number of guests. It is also in basement, so again, no natural light.
Last thing I'd mention is the front desk staff. I would not call them rude, but they are not exactly polite as well. I asked receptionist if she can recommend a restaurant for a dinner, and she said no.

The staff on reception could not have been more professional or helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, I slept really well. My room was serviced promptly. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice including a glass of fizz if you fancied a sparkling start to your day, delicious! The location is very handy for the shopping mall, the old town and the market. This was my fourth visit and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Being the worst stay of my life so far, this experience was truly disappointing.
The first thing that we noticed when we arrived was the unpleasant smell in the room (there was no smell in the bathroom). A member of staff came to clean the bathroom pipes but it did not help as the smell did not originate from the bathroom. Nothing else was done.
Room 101 is right next to the staff room, which makes it really noisy as the soundproofing is basically nonexistent. When we came to the front desk asking to change the room, we were told that the hotel is fully booked (ok, valid excuse) and the staff will soon finish their shift, so it will be quiet. Nobody told us though that the morning shift starts at 7:30 am and that equals loud banging and staff members screaming at each other. That lasted until 8:45ish. Did not even get a sorry from the front desk.
Parking lot is in an uncomfortable place and the front desk workers are quite unhelpful in explaining how to properly get there. It is 15€ per night which is not horrible for the old town.
The spa is small. The lockers in the male dressing room did not open after closing even though my fiancé did everything correctly. The lockers in the female dressing room worked fine though.
Breakfast is a typical buffet, nothing much to eat for lactose intolerant folks as there is no allergen information provided (the only labelled thing was lactose free milk), so take your lactase with you. There was a small selection of gluten free pastries if you’re into that.
Overall, I am disgusted with the service we got. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Waste of money.

I’ve booked a superior room for 8 nights. My room never been vacuum cleaned for first 4 nights, garbage been left in the room by housekeepers and we had to take it out ourselves. When I came to reception to speak to the manager she seemed absolutely unbothered and never even apologised not to mention offering anything as excuse. Now we came back to our room an housekeeping was there so we had to wait for ten minutes for them to finish just to find a mess on the floor again and bathroom wasn’t cleaned again. 🤦🏻♂️😆
There’s plenty hotels around and I’m honestly not recommending pay this ignorant people wages with your hard earned money.

Nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Riga! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The room was clean, beds and linens were fresh and clean as well! Breakfast was the 🔝 They even provided a crib for our baby for free!

Amazing hotel with a fantastic view from my suite , breakfast excellent and fresh. Staff were amazing and professional. Spa was great well needed after long cold walk.

Excellent place to stay in Riga. Location in town centre close to transport links, rooms decent size and supplied with all necessary stuff - table, chairs, coffee table, lights in right places, sockets for charging. Unobstructed view from the window. Comfortable, clean. Breakfast bar amazing, hot and cold, savoury and sweet, continental, English and Latvian cuisine. Also, possible to use spa and beauty salon.
