Stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old town.
Rooms average size for a city centre hotel (on the smaller side) and perfectly clean with a well equipped bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and I didn't particularly look forward to it, but served its purpose.
The room was really hot, which meant we constantly needed the window open, which then meant we got a lot of noise (city centre hotel), so sleep wasn't great throughout the trip.
Staff did what they needed to, but nothing amazing.
All in all, good value for what we were charged and I'd stay there again, simply due to the location and cleanliness.

Nice and modern hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast good and there was something for all. They didn't clean the room if you don't put a "please clean the room" tag on the door handle, I find it interesting but understandable.

A nicely appointed hotel with bar restaurant and lifts to all floors.
Friendly helpful English speaking staff.
Our room on rhe 4th floor was quite noisy early morning as it looked out towards tram lines road and railway line. Handy for town centre.

Poor soundproofing; rooms on the streetside very noisy; trams,cars,busses,trains go all the time, people talk/yeal outside (bars near).. It's 1.15am now and still up. Never been to a hotel with this much noise from the outside. Also from the corridores you can hear if people talk and walk.
Other hand the location is good; near shops, restaurants, shopping centre, sights, old town and more. But not coming back to this hotel.
Got a roomkey and went to the room; there was already a man sleeping! Not great.
Rooms look clean and up to date.

Comfortable rooms , slightly small however expected for city centre.
Breakfast was great . Excellent options for children including chicken nuggets and smileys. Sparkling wine also available.
Water fountain on every landing.
Bang in centre , excellent location.
Recommend Parking by reception was an excellent choice - at the Shopping Centre Origo. ( it’s an underground parking - cost 15 euro for 24 hr parking )

I didn't stay here but just came gor the spa. €15/p.p for 1.5 hours.
They had 2 tubs with jets each one was 34°c. They also had a steam room with aroma therapy it was 45°c and a very hot sauna at 80°c.
It was clean and had lockable lockers and 2 showers.
I enjoyed myself and would recommend.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of things in Rīga. Our room was very spacious and the cot and potty provided for our youngest was a nice touch. Room was clean and breakfast had a good selection.

Hands down, this is my place to stay every time I am in Riga. Nice clean rooms and amenities, comfortable beds, convenient location, SPA as a nice addition and very good breakfasts! And service is the BEST here, hotel stuff goes over and beyond to please their guests. Huge thanks to Inga who did everything this time to help me in unusual circumstances!

Nice boutique hotel. Not to big, not too small. Breakfast is served in basement. So no natural lighting. There is a small but clean spa. You can spent there 1-2 hours max. Room 415 is nice, nice lighting but small bathroom. Located next to central market and old city.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Soundproofing and Comfort
I stayed at Wellton Hotel & Spa with my family and was very disappointed with our experience. We booked a luxury suite, expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
Our room was located on the third floor, facing the tram tracks. The soundproofing was extremely poor—we could hear loud noises from the street even with the windows closed. The music from the underground passage nearby was clearly audible, making it impossible to rest properly.
Additionally, the ventilation in the room was inadequate. Even with the air conditioning and fan running, the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. The synthetic blankets provided were unpleasant to sleep under, causing discomfort and sweating throughout the night.
For a hotel of this category, I expected much better comfort and attention to detail. Unfortunately, due to these issues, our stay was far from relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel to families or light sleepers.
