The hotel is quite good. Convenient location between two parks and next to the Old Town, just a 5-minute walk away. Friendly reception staff and efficient check-in. The room was generally okay, but it could have been cleaned better; the walls were very dirty in several places. However, the bed, bathroom, and floor were clean. Breakfast could have had a wider selection, but it was tasty.

Kim provided truly exquisite service during my stay at Radisson Blu Rīdzene. Professional, attentive, and genuinely warm in his approach, he made the experience feel effortless and personal. Ridzene is a bit "older" by their staff description... But it is well kept, has a super nice staff, and great breakfast (similar in choice and quality to what I recall of Rad Blu Latvia). Gym/sauna 24 hr, quiet as it is not the casino and conference center, but right across the park!

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The breakfast hours are long, which is great.
The meeting room was arranged in the way we requested and the hotel staff constantly supported us throughout every step of the process. The catering during the breaks was always on time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — a true haven after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I especially appreciated the excellent location and the fantastic breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway — I can't wait to come back

The room was comfortable, but the hotel itself feels quite dated with a '90s charm that may come across as uninviting to some. The location is excellent. The breakfast is more basic than other Radisson hotels, but it's also less expensive. This is a good option if you want a comfortable stay without a high price tag and don't mind a nostalgic '90s vibe.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is great, with plenty of places to explore nearby. Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it :))))

We were with a tour group and got allocated the tiniest most impractical room (306). It was so small the door opened out into the corridor. The closet was too small to accommodate coat hangers and there was only enough space for one person to walk round the bed.

Excellent location, near night life and city exploring. But carpets and interior looks very dated and worn. Also not great for couples if you want a queen bed. Had to connect two beds together.
