I have seen a thing that should hotel management pay attention to, the front door is proximity sensed and open each time when pedestrians pass by, a huge waste of energy.

I stayed here for an extended time for work. It is an interesting looking hotel in a decent location with lots of shops, resturants and the old city in walking distance. Decent place for a decent price. It’s a couple of bus stops away from the center, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downsides are the thin walls & the lack of furniture to store any of your clothes.

Nice location, not far from the center. Free parking in the inner yard. Comfortable bed, property was quiet at night. Inner yard is used for smoking so we could feel the smoke when the windows were open. The hotel has serious maintenance and construction problems. It also has a rather small for its size dining - breakfast hall and this is exacerbated by the fact that the hotel works mainly with groups eating all together. Everything is great, except that the luxury room was sold at a greatly inflated price, since they checked in at night and did not provide bed linen for the third person!! They brought a pillow and a blanket with a stain!! And at the same time they did not compensate for the inconvenience!! I don't want to go to this hotel again.

I didn't get good impression at the reception as I checked in. No greeting, no smile and unfriendly stuff. I booked a twin room with 2 beds but we had a small double room at the top floor with low ceiling. No shower curtain therefore the floor got wet and the water was flowing all over.

The room is large enough for two people, leaving a bit of space to one one big luggage. The bathroom is "ok", but the sink is very small and it makes difficult even simple actions like washing your face. It's an amazing place very close to everything, the rooms are ok, very comfy and warm. The bathroom is good and very clean. The beds are very comfy too. The hoster was amazing with us, they even explain us about the cities and give us map with sites to visit.

Well, it's a very simple hotel definitely not for a long stay. For a night stay it looks ok. The breakfast is very poor. Prices are ok. If you're looking for a budget hotel, this can be a good choice.

A clean and quiet hotel right next to the center of Riga, close to the old town. The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel was very clean, it was also a bit worn and would need a little renovation. The lift was a little noisy and the movements were sudden and jerky.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of the Riga Old Town. The hotel is very modern with exceptional service from the staff who work there. Towel is not included which led to a misunderstanding since I took one of the shared bedrooms towel which they had paid for. Lovely stay at the Radisson Hotel in a great location of old Town Riga. The staff were super friendly with a special mention to Anna who was especially lovely, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Service and cleanliness were very good. The location is just perfect. Rooms are a bit tiny with not proper lighting and very bad water pressure. The included breakfast was nice. I would say that to have a bit more vegetables and fruits could be perfect. A service is a bit slow, and no body taking dirty dishes out before you ask to do so.

Super kind staff and rooms are clean and cozy. Location is right smack in the old town across the street from their canal and walking distance to many of their attractions. So pleased and we will definitely come back in the summer 🌞

Amazingly located, clean enough and the highlight- the staff! My one star loss is because I hung out my “please clean my room” sign and when I came back, I had fresh towels (despite leaving them hung up so not to get fresh ones) but bed was not made, no refresh of coffee/tea/mug etc. just seemed like they came in and changed the towels, which ironically was the one thing I didn’t want!

Great stay in this hotel. Very good location near park and old town. Friendly staff. Comfy room with nice view. Tasty breakfast a lot of choices but portion from breakfast menu was very small, fancy but small. Maybe one downside is tram near the hotel.
