I have seen a thing that should hotel management pay attention to, the front door is proximity sensed and open each time when pedestrians pass by, a huge waste of energy.

I stayed here for an extended time for work. It is an interesting looking hotel in a decent location with lots of shops, resturants and the old city in walking distance. The location was pretty good, not far from a shopping center "Domina" and public transportation. I would not recommend for people that have very fragile sleep mostly because of the transport sounds at nights. The AC in the room was just for the decoration as we could not turn it on, there was no elevator and the staff was not very friendly, but overall the room 13 was good for its cheap price.

The rooftop bar has great views and is worth visiting. However, it was a bit awkward when the waiter gave us the menu, and we found that the food options were limited and not suitable for us. Everything was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is always a big advantage for us, as we are travelling with our child and dog. We were happy we were upgraded to a superior room. And it was really spacious for me and my friend who needed wheelchair accessibility. The toilet was huge. Staff were excellent and very kind + professional. Facilities were very clean and modern. Location was perfect. Fitness suite is quite small but has all essential equipment and is fine for a quick workout.

We booked a standard room and it was so much more than we expected - so spacious! The room was quiet and just perfect. Also had complimentary tea and coffee in the room. Close to Spice mall - which has a post office, clothing stores, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Not too far from the airport or from Riga. Easy distance to take the bus or train too if you need to use public transport for your travels.

You pay a lot of money just for the room having empty alcohol bottles in the closet. The internet here is bad, randomly disconnecting, very unstable, sometimes says "no internet, connected". Although the place is very nice, the bathroom is nice aswell. I would probably come again, just would be good if the issues were resolved. 😁

We had a great two-night stay in early July. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely L’Occitane products. I especially appreciated the Qibla direction marked in the room—a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this hotel!
