We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the river on the 6th floor and even with a busy road, there was no noise. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Some nice Baltic offerings, pickled fish etc

Staff was available and was very happy to see a nice and clean room before me. The room was a good size, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the bed had no hair or anything

Great location to old town, within walking distance of everything

Only complaint I have is that the people above me sounded like they wore bricks for shoes! Was annoying to deal with, but I Would stay again! Highly recommend

Hotel is located by the riverfront. A short walk to the old town and the central market. Our rooms were at the adjacent building. 4406 is not spacious but for 2 nights, it's fine. We all liked the rich varied breakfast

Stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old town. Rooms average size for a city centre hotel (on the smaller side) and perfectly clean with a well equipped bathroom

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast good and there was something for all. They didn't clean the room if you don't put a "please clean the room" tag on the door handle, I find it interesting but understandable

Our room on rhe 4th floor was quite noisy early morning as it looked out towards tram lines road and railway line

Spa includes 2 saunas, pool but pool is on a small size and jacuzzi. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Rooms have a mini bar in the fridge, which is handy

Clean, effective and very well located. The staff are very polite and helpful and the breakfast is served from 7 to 11 including a fantastic buffet.

I took on discount (then it was worth to pay), but not on full amount. For 4* hotel I was expecting more. be careful when you go in shower during spa. The walls have not been cleaned)

Stayed here from 1st–2nd December (weekday trip). Good hotel overall with a surprisingly strong SPA for this price range. SPA — 5/5 Very clean pool and jacuzzi, great lighting, calm atmosphere

Location — 5/5 Central and easy to reach everything, but still quiet thanks to the courtyard-facing rooms. Staff — 4/5 Helpful and professional, though a bit more warmth or friendliness would improve the experience

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast. The only disappointment was having to pay extra for access to the spa (which needs to be pre-booked, by the way), but it was still worth it

Minibar/Coffee — 4/5 Basic options, fair prices for a hotel, and the essentials were provided. Overall: Solid 4-star hotel with great value for money, especially because of the SPA

The best hotel on the Baltic Sea trip, almost the same as domestic five-star hotels. Other European five-star hotels are Home Inn. I was also shocked to see noodles and dumplings for breakfast.

The service of this Kempinski is really good, like no other. The facilities are also very good. It is the best hotel in Riga. The location is also very good and convenient. It is highly recommended.

There was a situation when we broke the door lock, and while it repaired, we were given a voucher at the lobby bar (free drink). So the timeout fix has flown by and with taste :)

It’s a bit outside of the Riga downtown so the benefit for it is free parking!!! And you can see the view of Riga old town from another side of shore~ Dining area is spacious & comfortable, the attitude of service is so friendly, 10 euro of spa for 1

Notice the two invalids in parking? Or maybe VW and Citroën has some new electric cars on the market 🤔 So despite few simple people the hotel is nice and there are two Type 2 charging places for hotel guests with 15 € unlimited charging

Room is comfortable and cleanable

The hotel is great. There is a sauna (wet/dry) and the pool. Not enough hygienic shower for the fifth point and kettle in the room (you can rent a kettle for € 5 per day).

All very cute! The courteous staff speaks all languages, including Russian. Cozy and spacious Suite rooms. SPA area small, but very center of Riga it is currently

Very kind Reservation Manager, friendly staff. Rooms are quite small, but the floor heating in the bathroom is fantastic! What a feeling of comfort and wellness. Btw, SPA center clean and well served.

In the evening in the bathhouse - the most it! Ordered procedure - the clay turned out to be so burning that the wife was not well, but the staff saved us, flooded us with compliments and gifts

A lovely hotel - stories of noise from the tram are greatly exaggerated unless you’ve very sensitive hearing! Shame the restaurant and bar are closed every Sunday and Monday as sometimes you just don’t want to have to go out and explore

Rooms were stylish and comftorable and so was the whole hotel. Only missing thing was restaurant, there was only bar offering sandwitches and salads. Luckily the location was so good that we found great restaurant nearby

The location is perfect for exploring Riga on foot. The room was very spacious and the ensuite was large and had a really good shower. The complimentary bottles of water which were left every day were a nice touch

Large stylish and very clean rooms. Free slippers ! One of the best breakfast I've ever had. Our room (315) had a noise coming from AC (I believe) even if it was turned off. We had to switch to another room

Our TV remote went flat, left a note under it for house keeping and job done. Good selection of breakfasts, done like a help yourself buffet. Hot food, cold foods (meat, cheese, salad) yogurts, cereals and fruit

Location is out of everything also there is no pool and spa in the hotel it is in different building you,have to walk there and pay extra 15€ per person

It was certainly awful because at first I thought that I had some kind of blood because it looked like blood and I understand that somewhere there was probably a friend repair, but they had to warn about it what sweat when I went to the shower and wiped the towels were all red, it was certainly not very pleasant because I still don’t even know maybe then this allergy at the reception would say about...

A little bit far from the city center (15 min by a bus), but the transfer is easy if you buy bus tickets ahead (there is no way to pay for transportation nearby or online)

Responsive and accommodative staff. Shopping center with restaurants nearby is a plus

I would like to say a girl at the reception because the girls are cool it is not their fault what is happening in the hotel I have attached a lot of photos so that you yourself can appreciate whether it’s really worth 80 euros

It had on the « paper » all the luxurious elements you could expect from the 5 star hotel : spa, awesome rooms, sport room, swimming pool, 24 hour services , Michelin starred level restaurant and so on

Very long process which , I am quite sure of that, could have been either anticipated or maybe postponed on the day after We ve been perfectly shown to our family room which has a (very) high ceiling with old (very) dusty curtains around the windows Bedding was excellent and road noise isolation from the window perfect (2 main roads passing by), but which was clearly not the case from the inside isolation...

The sauna had to be switched on by ourselves every time we came , which meant that we couldn’t enjoy it as a sauna must be enjoyed (hot) Finally the balneo shower could not be accessed as the glass door was blocked on the floor

Though i asked in advance to prefill any necessary papers because arriving in the middle of the night and get access to our room as soon as possible , we had to do a full checkin , filling and signing papers even for children

Staff was servicing but very seldom (many thanks to the one we met); they made us alas sometimes more think of «night guards» than a huge 5 star hotel team ; kind of «Shining» spirit where you just never meet anyone

In the beginning she asked money for breakfast - when we convinced that it is already price included, then she forced to pay for towels so that we can go in shower in room (????)

But the reception needs serious improvement: the receptionist wasn’t professional, struggled with English, and the check-in took far longer than it should

However, I will most probably not return to the hotel as it was totally different style from my preference. The breakfast was only possible to order to room

At this price point, it’s an excellent choice for a short stay. I especially appreciated the receptionist Alyona who helped in a moment of difficulty

Solid hotel for the price, no complaints. Clean, good service, good breakfast. Would definately visit again. If you're a light sleeper, best take earplugs as the walls are quite thin.

This happened one day before our arrival at the hotel so they weren't under any obligation to refund us the money, but after a short explanation they agreed to refund it

Clean,comfortable,courteous staff (they speak Russian). In my room (single) was a good shower, big bed,in the closet, a spare blanket,air conditioning,a small fridge with Minibar. Also liked the location of the hotel

Center and very cheap. The hotel is 3-4 stars. For Europe 35€-the gift. Breakfast is similar to lunch.

Nearby is a beautiful Park,shops and cafes. You can walk to the Old town (I walk not tired). On TV only 3 or 4 channels in Russian,but I don't watch TV arrived)Breakfast was Very good,varied

Very nice place especially if you are with kids. The dinner positively surprised us with the variety in options. Delicious Kvass! Kids lived an opportunity to run around and have a swing before an early flight

I only stayed one night because I had an early flight, it's very close to the airport. The room was very big and comfortable. You can drink free tea and coffee in the restaurant/bar. 24h reception

The receptionists were friendly, the room was clean and nicely furnished. Very quiet at night, too, didn't hear other guests or any of the traffic from the nearby road.

We even found an apple tree! Also felt good to contribute to a local business. We got an extra bed per request with no worries. All fitted well in a two bed room

If you need to go to airport from the hotel, you need to cross a "highway" to get to the bus. The lady on the reception said, that there is no proper way to get to this bus station, so I had to take taxi

I was also a bit surprised that there was no timetable for bus readily available at reception. The room was ok, but first I had to get rid of flies, so they don't annoy me at night

Location great and all locations within reasonable walking distance but loads of bus , tram stops less than 5 minutes away Nothing but very satisfied with everything

Missed tea making facility in the room and fresh water during breakfast (saw only juice and hot drinks), also very limited indoor tables which made breakfast time somehow rushed as people were waiting for tables

Stayed with my mum overnight as visited a late event in Riga. Rooms simple but practical, definitely enjoyed the balcony, staff young and very polite

It has beautiful antique and very clean place. It's not far from the city centre. I always prefer staying outside of city centre, quite area. My flight was very late so I arrived at 11pm unfortunately

I have been in Janne Hotels apartment 2,5 months and it is just a faboulus place to be. You will get a privacy if you want but also service immediately when needed. I can recommend this place for short or long term stays

There's market very close to this hotel, and it has everything. That place has food courts, cafe. etc But coffee place and small convenience store is also walking distance

The rooms are quite clean and the beds are decent but the lobby and reception area is a bit on the crumbling side. Overall very good price/quality ratio and location is superb

I live in, comfortable, not expensive, close to center, railway station, bus station and market. You can cook for your self with fresh products. Every morning leaving the hotel I see fresh flowers. :)

Stayed one night, staff were lovely welcoming helpful and friendly. Room fine beds fine, double room with shower and toilet. Food in Bistro good quality and cheap

The hostel is located on the territory of the central market, close to the main train station. Can be a little bit noisy. Not the cleanest place, also. There is no breakfast.

+ room was small but had everything that needed: AC, TV, electric kettle, tea, cups, fridge, safe, in bathroom hair dryer, soap, towels

Its located not far away from central train station so its easily accessible (with exception with current train station refurbishment, which makes walking little bit longer)

I just user it for 2 nights stay. Good enough to sleep, cause during the day I was walking around the city

For what we needed (place to sleep and store luggage while we toured) this place was great. Very plain facilities but close to airport and easy to get to town. Price was right, the staff friendly and helpful.

Pure budget hotel. Perfect if you just need a place to crash close to the airport. Can't ask for more than a room and breakfast. No complaints. Good value for money.
