I'd say quiet (airport and highway are not next door). Very clean, shower has proper water, bed was good. Breakfast was no-fault average continental, and included rye bread

If you need to go to airport from the hotel, you need to cross a "highway" to get to the bus. The lady on the reception said, that there is no proper way to get to this bus station, so I had to take taxi

Nice hotel with large rooms. You can park your car there with additional cost while going to the holidays.

Overall a fairly comfortable hotel. In the heart of Riga, just across the square from the railway station. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Lovely sauna and pool.

The hotel is great. There is a sauna (wet/dry) and the pool. Not enough hygienic shower for the fifth point and kettle in the room (you can rent a kettle for € 5 per day).

Very kind Reservation Manager, friendly staff. Rooms are quite small, but the floor heating in the bathroom is fantastic! What a feeling of comfort and wellness. Btw, SPA center clean and well served.

In the evening in the bathhouse - the most it! Ordered procedure - the clay turned out to be so burning that the wife was not well, but the staff saved us, flooded us with compliments and gifts

The hotel is great and very modern. We have a toddler, and we liked that the hotel has a little indoor play area of babies and toddlers. Spa is great, but you need to pay extra to use the spa

Spa includes 2 saunas, pool but pool is on a small size and jacuzzi. Rooms are cosy and very clean. Rooms have a mini bar in the fridge, which is handy

We assumed it would be easy and effortless to leave our car to the parking area but it became very stressful. We had already driven the whole day and just wanted to get to the room and sleep

We found parking on the street with 2,5€/hour and we're more than happy to park there for our 2 night stay, as it was so easy and quick even it was more expensive

We had to find out ourselves there was a small cabin where we could find a person to make the payment, but he was sleeping and didn't wake up

Rooms were stylish and comftorable and so was the whole hotel. Only missing thing was restaurant, there was only bar offering sandwitches and salads. Luckily the location was so good that we found great restaurant nearby

Our TV remote went flat, left a note under it for house keeping and job done. Good selection of breakfasts, done like a help yourself buffet. Hot food, cold foods (meat, cheese, salad) yogurts, cereals and fruit

Large stylish and very clean rooms. Free slippers ! One of the best breakfast I've ever had. Our room (315) had a noise coming from AC (I believe) even if it was turned off. We had to switch to another room

Staff are helpful, especially Matiss the bar man, who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to drinks as well as funny. The rooms are clean and well adorned, the beds are comfy

Not sure if it's common issue, but it's not great, especially when trying to sleep at night. The other room we switched to had no such issue and it was very quiet

The room is as large and under the rafters. The bathroom was quite dark and I would have liked another large towel. Breakfast was also excellent with various a to order dishes and a buffet

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Riga Old Town. Nice rooms, good breakfast and service. Has its own steam room downstairs, and a lovely rooftop terrace for a cocktail looking out over the roofs.

Beautiful building located in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms were decorated tastefully with great facilities and very comfortable beds. The Dome also offers one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have ever had

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything from check in to the rooms to the location to the check out was great! Breakfast was fantastic! We had to leave early on the last day and they packed us a great to go breakfast

When we went down for breakfast the staff were great. Good coffee, selection of pastries and deli. There's a breakfast menu where we tried as many different choices as we could, on the three mornings we were staying

Where do I start? We had a wonderful stay at the Dome Hotel. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The room was bright and spacious, being tastefully decorated with a large bathroom

The room had remains from the previous guests and room cleaning came at two different odd hours in two days so we couldn’t get the room cleaned. The receptionists were friendly and helpful

They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, my experience at the Radisson Blu was excellent, and I look forward to returning in the future

Modern style! Very good breakfast, has chef omlete stand and a lot of choice available. Nice and clean rooms. The best view of the old city.

They probably do it because the SPA area is small and could struggle to accommodate everyone, but in that case they should be crystal clear about this practice while booking, because honestly if we knew it wasn't included we'd have probably booked another hotel

There are many reviews pointing this out and yet nothing has been changed, which makes me believe it's sadly intentional. Rooftop bar is ok, nothing crazy, just a normal bar, there are better ones in the city center

The spa and swimming pool is excellent as well spacious and nice. It is a hotel that deserve its 5 stars and where you sleep very well with excellent noise isolation and a place that you don’t want to leave

The spa is small but cozy, including 3 saunas, a pool, a large jacuzzi, and a reservoir with 12°C water

- Hotel room didn't include tissues in the bathroom and there were big lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. +/- Pillows and blankets were just okay. The fruits there were canned fruits. - We had bought late check-out

Bathroom a bit dirty near the Tap and bathtub. Pets were not properly taken into account, there were no extra towels or water cups for the animals. the spa department had a small 12

5m long 28°c swimming pool and a 12°c cold pool

If you pay for breakfast too the service in the restaurant is great too. The rooms were not the most luxurious, but this didn't bother me as it's just a storage space and somewhere to sleep and clean up really

They had a liquid soap dispenser by the sink but it kept leaking, so on day 2 it had all leaked away onto the worktop and it needed refilled and on day 3 they didn't refill it at all, so we used our own soap

Great location, but the room was a quite small. Bed was a bit worn and wasn't that comfortable. It made a loud creaking, banging noise every time we got in or out of bed and if we turned in bed

We went for breakfast at 10am on Sunday and the place was packed with nowhere to sit. People were rushing around grabbing food so it wasn't very relaxed but there was a good selection of food

We tried turning it off and changing the settings but nothing worked as there seemed to be residual power and it was still running. Luckily the buzzing stopped by the time we went to sleep

Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is also great and very helpful. the rooms are a bit noisy when somebody is in the hallway and you can hear a little bit your neighbors speaking

Very long process which , I am quite sure of that, could have been either anticipated or maybe postponed on the day after We ve been perfectly shown to our family room which has a (very) high ceiling with old (very) dusty curtains around the windows Bedding was excellent and road noise isolation from the window perfect (2 main roads passing by), but which was clearly not the case from the inside isolation...

The sauna had to be switched on by ourselves every time we came , which meant that we couldn’t enjoy it as a sauna must be enjoyed (hot) Finally the balneo shower could not be accessed as the glass door was blocked on the floor

Though i asked in advance to prefill any necessary papers because arriving in the middle of the night and get access to our room as soon as possible , we had to do a full checkin , filling and signing papers even for children

Staff was servicing but very seldom (many thanks to the one we met); they made us alas sometimes more think of «night guards» than a huge 5 star hotel team ; kind of «Shining» spirit where you just never meet anyone

We got together for a bachelorette party. We chose a hotel with a nightclub and bar nearby. We ended up at the hotel by accident. The Royal Casino Hotel surprised us with its luxury. Huge room with all kinds of amenities

We asked the workers to put up a curtain for us. The shower issue has been resolved. Our room was called "New York", (cool). In the hotel, all rooms have their own name, this is the name of a famous city

Riga surprised and delighted us; we thought we would be looking for something to do for a long time. The wall in the bathroom is glass, that is, when you take a shower, the whole room can see it

The hotel inside of Casino House. Room was tremendous in size, looked really good same as in pictures. They let bring the dog, for extra charge 60€ on booking but reception wanted to charge 70€

Nice and clean hotel. Nice bar and very good breakfast. But smoking is allowed by the entrance and besides the outdoor seating area, so no fresher air inside, than outside due to smokers..... ☹️

What I Loved: Excellent Location: Nestled next to the park, a stone’s throw away from the national library, and a short walk to the city center

However we did not have the best experience with one lady at the reception who was there on the night of the 5th of May - when we kindly asked for a take away breakfast (as we were leaving very early the next morning with all of the kids), she just rudely refused to do anything about it (we asked at around 22:30 - so it was quite late with no chef at the hotel, but all we wanted was some quick pastry...

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the serene spa where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The pool area was a perfect oasis for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing

Breakfast was in pyramid restaurant with a lot of flowers everywhere, if you ask they will cook a big cup of coffee or porridge or omelette

Fantastic stay at Pullman in Riga Old Town. Superb location for exploring the city Old Town. Rooms were a good size & clean. Towels, bath robes & slippers provided. Well stocked bar with very friendly staff

I didn't get good impression at the reception as I checked in. No greeting, no smile and unfriendly stuff. I booked a twin room with 2 beds but we had a small double room at the top floor with low ceiling

The hotel is quite cute. The staff was very nice. On breakfest they don't have so many choices but you can take food for later, which is very good. Per total, I like it.
