Hotel was quiet even though our room was directly above a very busy street. Everything was clean. Personnel was very professional and polite. Drink menu in lobbybar is versatile. Food in restaurant Elements is delicious and presentation is beautiful.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to the old town. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I strongly recommend! Brilliant 5 course breakfasts inclusive in a medium sized local Spa hotel right in the centre of Riga. 10 minute walk to trains or buses or to many reasonable restaurants and the spectacular sights of the old city. The hotel has serious maintenance and construction problems. It also has a rather small for its size dining - breakfast hall and this is exacerbated by the fact that the hotel works mainly with groups eating all together. Everything is great, except that the luxury room was sold at a greatly inflated price, since they checked in at night and did not provide bed linen for the third person!! Small, relatively cheap hotel. I was there for a week, and the service was good, but the rooms were not of outstanding quality. Some parts of the wall were damaged, and a switch was broken. The location is good if you want to visit the University as I did. Otherwise, it is pretty far to go to the city center or old town.

Great location, close to the old town, easy access to other areas, pubs and restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful with good English. They also have good recommendations on where to go to eat well and have a good time. Hotel can organise transfers from the airport to the hotel and back but also upon request. I will definitely come back???

We booked a family room for 1 night. Clear rooms, new accommodation. The interior is Spartan and not cozy. The breakfast is normal but nothing interesting and seems to be lean. And great thanks to the stuff - cheerful all the time (we arrived very late), kind and pleasant. And the main thing: the location. Tin the center and more center you cannot imagine :)

The rooftop bar has great views and is worth visiting. However, it was a bit awkward when the waiter gave us the menu, and we found that the food options were limited and not suitable for us. After sitting for just 5 minutes, we awkwardly returned the menu and left to find another restaurant. The waiter was very friendly.

A clean and quiet hotel right next to the center of Riga, close to the old town. The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel was very clean, it was also a bit worn and would need a little renovation. The lift was a little noisy and the movements were sudden and jerky.

The staff make this hotel stand out amongst great hotels. Definitely recommend considering this hotel if you come to Riga. Great location, comfortable rooms and facilities.
