The hotel, its location, and the view from my room were amazing. I would especially like to thank Marianna—she arranged a fantastic room for me and was incredibly helpful. She is the best at Radisson Hotels in Latvia!

She was kind, engaging, and had a wonderful conversation with me about Latvia, expressing appreciation for my visit and the volunteer work I do in her country. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy

We had an amazing experience at the Sky Bar Restaurant in the Radisson Blu Riga Tower, thanks to our wonderful server, Alex. From the moment we arrived, Alex was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional

Very quiet, very clean, and in a better location, suitable for business trips, tourism, and business travel. There are restaurants and bars on the first floor, and a walking street to the old town of Riga

I will say the prices may be a bit more than some of the other hotels in the area, but the amenities are top notch - you get what you pay for. Also, their buffet breakfast is a perfect way to start a day

Amazing view and a great variety of cocktails. Would definitely return and recommend it to others aswell. Better to book a table in advance just to be sure to get a table with a perfect view to the city

The new rooms are just amazing! The view of the river and old town of Riga is really gorgeous!! Also the room is perfect for longer stays and also good for people working with laptop

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection – not great, not terrible – though some items like the pancakes could be improved (they were quite rubbery)

The hotel is conveniently located: just a few minutes' ride (under €5 with Bolt) or a 20–25 minute walk from the bus station

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the river on the 6th floor and even with a busy road, there was no noise. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Some nice Baltic offerings, pickled fish etc

Staff was available and was very happy to see a nice and clean room before me. The room was a good size, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the bed had no hair or anything

Only complaint I have is that the people above me sounded like they wore bricks for shoes! Was annoying to deal with, but I Would stay again! Highly recommend

Hotel is located by the riverfront. A short walk to the old town and the central market. Our rooms were at the adjacent building. 4406 is not spacious but for 2 nights, it's fine. We all liked the rich varied breakfast

A very beautiful hotel located in the city centre of Riga. Very close to the old town. The restaurant is a bit overpriced but has a good vibe. Nice spa and jacucci

Would recomend The Grand Poet to anyone visiting Riga, also a great location as only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town

Just got back from our stay at The Grand Poet, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The spa was very nice and we had a wonderful full body massage

I stayed at Grand Poet on the night of 14 November, and honestly, it was a solid experience from start to finish. The staff deserve real credit — they’re professional, helpful, and actually attentive, not just pretending

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. There were a lot of options, everything tasted fresh, and it didn’t feel like the usual “hotel buffet” you get elsewhere

Breakfast had absolutely everything you could wish for; the sparkling wine and Pavlovas were a delightful touch! Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the option to have breakfast in the room for a small extra fee was such a nice luxury

Brilliant 5 course breakfasts inclusive in a medium sized local Spa hotel right in the centre of Riga. 10 minute walk to trains or buses or to many reasonable restaurants and the spectacular sights of the old city

Stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old town. Rooms average size for a city centre hotel (on the smaller side) and perfectly clean with a well equipped bathroom

Bang in centre , excellent location. Recommend Parking by reception was an excellent choice - at the Shopping Centre Origo. ( it’s an underground parking - cost 15 euro for 24 hr parking )

The room was really hot, which meant we constantly needed the window open, which then meant we got a lot of noise (city centre hotel), so sleep wasn't great throughout the trip

Comfortable rooms , slightly small however expected for city centre. Excellent options for children including chicken nuggets and smileys. Sparkling wine also available. Water fountain on every landing

Also from the corridores you can hear if people talk and walk. Other hand the location is good; near shops, restaurants, shopping centre, sights, old town and more. But not coming back to this hotel

The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms

The service of this Kempinski is really good, like no other. The facilities are also very good. It is the best hotel in Riga. The location is also very good and convenient. It is highly recommended.

I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.

The best hotel on the Baltic Sea trip, almost the same as domestic five-star hotels. Other European five-star hotels are Home Inn. I was also shocked to see noodles and dumplings for breakfast.

A very large hotel, ideally located right next to Riga's Old Town. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and there's a good Asian fusion restaurant.

Clean, effective and very well located. The staff are very polite and helpful and the breakfast is served from 7 to 11 including a fantastic buffet.

I took on discount (then it was worth to pay), but not on full amount. For 4* hotel I was expecting more. be careful when you go in shower during spa. The walls have not been cleaned)

In our bathroom, inside the bottle labeled "hair condition" was clearly body lotion, not hair condition so I accidentally "conditioned" my hair with lotion 😂 We visited the spa twice and had some treatments as well, it was very relaxing

Expectations met, not exceeded. We had a four-night-stay in Riga. On the arrival we were checked in instantly. Our room was on the side of the inner yard so it was quiet and nice and clean as in the photos

Hotel is very conveniently located, next to the mall and central station, minutes walk to the bus station, central market and old town. Check in was perfect and helpful with city map provided

The location was good, most tourist spots were within walking distance and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was convenient. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out service was also good.

As a result, we had to call security every time we returned to our room, which was quite annoying and prevented us from fully enjoying the hotel facilities since someone had to stay inside the room

Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner

I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-designed sauna and the 24-hour gym. However, we encountered an issue with the door lock to our room, which failed to open with our room cards

Don’t confuse this hotel with the other Radisson hotel which is also on Elizabete street, two blocks away. The other property is much larger and accommodates conventions. This Radisson Blu is smaller and more personal

This is such A convenient location in Riga! One can walk to Old Town and other sites. The service is so very accommodating. Breakfast has the European breads and pastries and Western hot eggs and bacon

The hotel has a rich breakfast and provides care products. No toothbrushes are provided, but overall it is good and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic.

It’s a bit outside of the Riga downtown so the benefit for it is free parking!!! And you can see the view of Riga old town from another side of shore~ Dining area is spacious & comfortable, the attitude of service is so friendly, 10 euro of spa for 1

Notice the two invalids in parking? Or maybe VW and Citroën has some new electric cars on the market 🤔 So despite few simple people the hotel is nice and there are two Type 2 charging places for hotel guests with 15 € unlimited charging

Ridzene is a bit "older" by their staff description. But it is well kept, has a super nice staff, and great breakfast (similar in choice and quality to what I recall of Rad Blu Latvia)

A lovely hotel - stories of noise from the tram are greatly exaggerated unless you’ve very sensitive hearing! Shame the restaurant and bar are closed every Sunday and Monday as sometimes you just don’t want to have to go out and explore

Rooms were stylish and comftorable and so was the whole hotel. Only missing thing was restaurant, there was only bar offering sandwitches and salads. Luckily the location was so good that we found great restaurant nearby

The location is perfect for exploring Riga on foot. The room was very spacious and the ensuite was large and had a really good shower. The complimentary bottles of water which were left every day were a nice touch

Large stylish and very clean rooms. Free slippers ! One of the best breakfast I've ever had. Our room (315) had a noise coming from AC (I believe) even if it was turned off. We had to switch to another room

Our TV remote went flat, left a note under it for house keeping and job done. Good selection of breakfasts, done like a help yourself buffet. Hot food, cold foods (meat, cheese, salad) yogurts, cereals and fruit

It's my second day staying at the hotel and know my impressions are positive, the room on the eighth floor is quiet with a very good view of the river , the old town and the parks

There is a shopping mall near the hotel, so shopping won't be a problem. You can visit the centre of the city just by passing over the bridge or taking a bus

I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, and my room was clean, newly refurbished/constructed, and quite comfortable with all the amenities I needed such as tea and coffee, shower items, laundry service, minibar, and so on

After our Airbnb got cancelled we had to find a place fast, I booked on line and upon arrival and check in we were greeted by the most amazing person. Madara went above and beyond to make our stay here memorable

Peaceful hotel in a really beautiful area. We had no view from the junior suite but it was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was good but the breakfast buffet was quite crowded each morning

The sauna facilities were nice, but sauna was missing a light for some reason

Hilton would be my favorite choice while traveling, and the Riga branch is fantastic which located in the heart of the delicate old town, it’s walking distance to most of the landmarks of Riga, and the environment of the hotel is undoubtedly comfortable with reasonable rate, love it!!!

Very good service Upton arrival and the location was very good. No noise and quiet for sleep. The breakfast was very expensive (£25 per person) but overall a very good experience and nice hotel room to stay in.

Old town was about a 5-10 walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, not great but had plenty for what I needed
