Clean and nice rooms. Had no view from the room which was little disappointing. The breakfast was good and the facilities in general was nice. Location is perfect in relation to restaurant and Riga old town. Renate in the restaurant bar did an awesome job serving us.
Emilia was amazing! Very hospitable and made sure I felt welcomed. She was kind, engaging, and had a wonderful conversation with me about Latvia, expressing appreciation for my visit and the volunteer work I do in her country. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. Emilia even upgraded me to a better room as a gesture of appreciation. It’s in a perfect location just a short walk to...
Amazing view and a great variety of cocktails. Would definitely return and recommend it to others aswell. Better to book a table in advance just to be sure to get a table with a perfect view to the city. Our waiter was Alex and he did an excellent job!
We had an amazing experience at the Sky Bar Restaurant in the Radisson Blu Riga Tower, thanks to our wonderful server, Alex. From the moment we arrived, Alex was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. His warm personality and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. He made sure our drinks were always served promptly, checked in at just the right times, and ensured everything we needed was...
Definitely one of the gem hotels I've stayed in Riga. There are so many good things to say about this location - where to start? First, you can park out front to check in or simply head to the underground parking lot (fee). When you come in the spacious lobby, you will have the dining area to the left (and bathrooms) and to the right is the lower bar and restaurant. The check-in desks are straight...
Clean hotel, very well located. I didn't have breakfast, so I have no opinion.

Really good hotel! We had a newly renovated room with balcony, coffee machine, couch and working space for remote travelers. The new rooms are just amazing! The view of the river and old town of Riga is really gorgeous!! Also the room is perfect for longer stays and also good for people working with laptop. You have a big desk, a sofa and a great balcony which offers an amazing view. The room is...
Stayed in a Superior Room (#901) with a lovely view – the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located: just a few minutes' ride (under €5 with Bolt) or a 20–25 minute walk from the bus station. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection – not great, not terrible – though some items like the pancakes could be improved (they were quite rubbery). That said, the staff at reception...
The places is perfect to get to old town easily. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and neat. And there was even pool table on one of the floors. 5/5. Though some people might have an issue with the sounds coming from the corridor since it isn’t very isolated. For me it was’t an issue.
We stayed for two nights with breakfast included, which was excellent – a wide selection and very tasty. We had a superior room with a view, but the windows were either fogged up or frozen, making it impossible to see through them. The room itself was not modern and needed renovation, but it was clean. Also the radiator in the room could not heat the space - it was cold. The bed was super comfortable...
The rooms have huge windows and paper thin radiators. Thus the rooms are not heated enough. We were very cold during the night I had to put my jacket on the duvet. Maybe the locals are used to sleep in such cold rooms but I was not satisfied at all. Also the room door doesnt have insulation so if there is noise in the corridor you can easily hear it in your room. The room was very spacious and had...
Everything was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is always a big advantage for us, as we are travelling with our child and dog. The only small remark is that the bathroom seemed a bit dated for a Radisson-level hotel. Overall, we were happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for the pleasant hospitality

Checked in very late at 0300. Staff was available and was very happy to see a nice and clean room before me. The room was a good size, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and the bed had no hair or anything. Great location to old town, within walking distance of everything. Only complaint I have is that the people above me sounded like they wore bricks for shoes! Was annoying to deal with, but...
We booked two adjacent rooms for our family of five (two adults, three kids). It was helpful that the rooms were next to each other, but they were not connecting. One of the rooms, meant for three beds, was incredibly tight and difficult to move around in, even though it was the same category as the other room. I asked the receptionist if we could change rooms, even for a paid upgrade to something...
The forth night staying here given its strategic location: 5 minute walk to the bus terminal, 5 minute walk to the bus #22 to airport, while along the river and immediately into the old town. Good breakfast choices that all I need.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, rooms very clean, spacious and perfect for city break. Highly recommend breakfast- so much choice
Hotel is located by the riverfront. A short walk to the old town and the central market. Our rooms were at the adjacent building. 4406 is not spacious but for 2 nights, it's fine. We all liked the rich varied breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
Beds are amazing, slept so well with a thick mattress topper. Breakfast is a feast with lots of choices of cooked and cold options. Breakfast gets so busy around 9.30am, so arrive before and bag a good table with some relative peace and quiet. Spa is also a great experience, probably one of the best in Europe. It's not big, but lovely material finish with no damage and well maintained. Regulating...

Just got back from our stay at The Grand Poet, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The spa was very nice and we had a wonderful full body massage. Would recomend The Grand Poet to anyone visiting Riga, also a great location as only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.
I stayed at Grand Poet on the night of 14 November, and honestly, it was a solid experience from start to finish. The staff deserve real credit — they’re professional, helpful, and actually attentive, not just pretending. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Breakfast was the highlight. There were a lot of options, everything tasted fresh, and it didn’t feel like the usual “hotel buffet...
Great stay at Grand Poet. From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful. The room was immaculate, in fact the whole hotel was. It looked brand new!! We really enjoyed being able to use the spa everyday. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had! Location was superb, right next to a beautiful park and couple of minutes walk into the old town. We made use of the electric scooters parked...
Everything here was so beautiful! The spa is small but atmospheric; if there are many children, it can feel a bit full, but otherwise it’s lovely and relaxing. Breakfast had absolutely everything you could wish for; the sparkling wine and Pavlovas were a delightful touch! Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the option to have breakfast in the room for a small extra fee was such a nice luxury...
Absolutely loved my stay at the Grand Poet Hotel in Riga! The design of the hotel is simply amazing — modern, stylish, and full of character. Stayed for 4 nights - the hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the old town. Rooms average size for a city centre hotel (on the smaller side) and perfectly clean with a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and I didn't particularly look forward to it, but served its purpose. The room was really hot, which meant we constantly needed the window open, which then...
Nice and modern hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast good and there was something for all. They didn't clean the room if you don't put a "please clean the room" tag on the door handle, I find it interesting but understandable.
A nicely appointed hotel with bar restaurant and lifts to all floors. Friendly helpful English speaking staff. Our room on rhe 4th floor was quite noisy early morning as it looked out towards tram lines road and railway line. Handy for town centre.
Poor soundproofing; rooms on the streetside very noisy; trams, cars, busses, trains go all the time, people talk/yeal outside (bars near).. It's 1.15am now and still up. Never been to a hotel with this much noise from the outside. Also from the corridores you can hear if people talk and walk. Other hand the location is good; near shops, restaurants, shopping centre, sights, old town and more. But not...
Comfortable rooms , slightly small however expected for city centre. Breakfast was great . Excellent options for children including chicken nuggets and smileys. Sparkling wine also available. Water fountain on every landing. Bang in centre , excellent location. Recommend Parking by reception was an excellent choice - at the Shopping Centre Origo. ( it’s an underground parking - cost 15 euro for...
I didn't stay here but just came gor the spa. €15/p.p for 1.5 hours. They had 2 tubs with jets each one was 34°c. They also had a steam room with aroma therapy it was 45°c and a very hot sauna at 80°c. It was clean and had lockable lockers and 2 showers. I enjoyed myself and would recommend.

Very nice and spacious rooms, hotel staff are constantly tidying up your rooms, providing chocolates and water. The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms.
I was upgraded to an Opera view room which was really very nice. Clean and smart hotel, really enjoyed having use of the complimentary spa facilities each day. Staff were all incredibly helpful.
Riga The hotel is very nice, especially spa and pool area. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, very clean and very well taking care off as the whole hotel. The stuff is very friendly, warm, helpful, and accommodating. Cannot comment on the breakfast and restaurants as we did not use them. Overall will happily recommend it to other travelers.
A very large hotel, ideally located right next to Riga's Old Town. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and there's a good Asian fusion restaurant.
Best Hotel in Riga I’ve stayed here twice now and both were great experiences. It’s the best hotel in Riga, for sure.

Not very clean. I took on discount (then it was worth to pay), but not on full amount. Premises are not very clean. For 4* hotel I was expecting more. The spa is tiny but nice (p.s. be careful when you go in shower during spa. The walls have not been cleaned). The room was casual. In room and spa I noticed water problems - when a person is taking shower, the water is not going away easily. The spa...
Stayed here from 1st–2nd December (weekday trip). Good hotel overall with a surprisingly strong SPA for this price range. SPA — 5/5 Very clean pool and jacuzzi, great lighting, calm atmosphere. Open until 21:00. Best part of the stay. Room — 4/5 Clean and quiet, but the shower cabin is a bit small and as a couple we received two separate single blankets instead of one double, which felt strange....
Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfast. The only disappointment was having to pay extra for access to the spa (which needs to be pre-booked, by the way), but it was still worth it. Would probably stay there again, if I come to Riga again.
Very nice hotel with a good location. Parking was €20 euro per day so slightly more than expected
Expectations met, not exceeded. We had a four-night-stay in Riga. On the arrival we were checked in instantly. Our room was on the side of the inner yard so it was quiet and nice and clean as in the photos. In our bathroom, inside the bottle labeled "hair condition" was clearly body lotion, not hair condition so I accidentally "conditioned" my hair with lotion 😂 We visited the spa twice and had some...

We stayed at Rija VEF Hotel from September 18, 2025 (around 5 PM) until September 20 (4 AM). The hotel was okay. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was fine, though we expected a bit more variety (they made sure to refill the food). Our stay felt too short and rushed since our tour provider from the UAE booked us here, and we had to leave early for our next flight. Getting to the hotel also takes...
Decorated an event in the hotel's restaurant, the staff was super nice and the coffee was tasty as well. Location is great, too.
Generally speaking the location of this hotel is OK. Free parking is a big plus but it will heavily now depend which side of the hotel you get your room. If it is street side then even with closed windows the noise of loud. If its towards the parking side, its quiet as a grave. Room: Room itself (Confort Double or Twin room) was pretty decent for the price. Air conditioning did not work properly in...

Good room, convenient parking, rich breakfast, good service attitude!
Staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself wasn’t good at all. The walls are paper thin, I had someone next to my room coughing and snoring all night, all in all in 3 days I had maybe 8 hrs of sleep max, there’s constantly someone walking around the hallways shouting, which again isn’t the staffs fault. Kim provided truly exquisite service during my stay at Radisson Blu Rīdzene. Professional, attentive, and genuinely warm in his approach, he made the experience feel effortless and personal. His positive personality and dedication stood out and had a real impact on my stay. I will definitely return because of him.
The hotel is quite good. Convenient location between two parks and next to the Old Town, just a 5-minute walk away. Friendly reception staff and efficient check-in. The room was generally okay, but it could have been cleaned better; the walls were very dirty in several places. However, the bed, bathroom, and floor were clean. Breakfast could have had a wider selection, but it was tasty.
Ridzene is a bit "older" by their staff description... But it is well kept, has a super nice staff, and great breakfast (similar in choice and quality to what I recall of Rad Blu Latvia). Gym/sauna 24 hr, quiet as it is not the casino and conference center, but right across the park! Could it have been a kgb hotel, backed up to the old usa embassy??
We arranged a small training conference in this hotel and the quality of service was very good. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The breakfast hours are long, which is great. The meeting room was arranged in the way we requested and the hotel staff constantly supported us throughout every step of the process. The catering during the breaks was always on time. The location is perfect,...
The room was comfortable, but the hotel itself feels quite dated with a '90s charm that may come across as uninviting to some. The location is excellent. The breakfast is more basic than other Radisson hotels, but it's also less expensive. This is a good option if you want a comfortable stay without a high price tag and don't mind a nostalgic '90s vibe.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week. We were completely satisfied, especially with the staff's service quality and hospitality. We would like to thank them again. If we ever return to this city, we will definitely stay here again.

Entrance to foyer is up about 10 STEEP steps with inadequate handrail. Be warned if you are wobbly on your feet, no one will help with your cases. Bus guests made breakfast a real nightmare. I have never experienced a breakfast like this anywhere in the world.
Peaceful hotel in a really beautiful area. We had no view from the junior suite but it was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was good but the breakfast buffet was quite crowded each morning. The sauna facilities were nice, but sauna was missing a light for some reason. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.
Great hotel situated closer to the Old part of town, also a walking distance to the Art Nouveau and Kronvalda Park. The hotel was quite nice, rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpful whenever I had any issues. Would likely stay again if given the opportunity.

Rooms are good enough, mostly clean, but housekeeping is only every 2 days, which you are informed about only at check-in. Comfortable beds. Great location in the heart of the Old Town. The restaurant was lovely—I especially enjoyed the dry-aged steak and the attentive waitress. Very nice Central Hotel with great breakfast. Except our view (a wall) and the girls at the reception it was a very nice stay.
The location in the Old Town is excellent and the hotel has been beautifully restored. The hotel has about 50 rooms so it feels very personal. Wonderful facilities in the rooms. Was perfect and would recommend to anyone going the Riga.

What a Gem! So glad I found this boutique hotel right in the heart of “old town” Riga. Only a handful of rooms, each unique and very nicely appointed. Elevator or stairs to get you to the rooftop bar that’s open seasonally. breakfast is amazing in the Michelin rated restaurant downstairs. The service by the front desk was terrific as well, always helpful with transportation or other advice.
Right in the old town. The rooms are lovely and ours was quite large. The staff was also very helpful and had some great recommendations for the city. We would highly recommend!
Oh my! What a beautiful hotel! Our Junior suite was so roomy & beautifully decorated. Breakfast was scrumptious. And, best of all, were the lovely women who keep the place humming. A special shoutout to Agnes, at reception, who was charming, helpful & welcoming. We cannot wholeheartedly recommend the perfectly-located Dome for your stay in Riga.
Great, small hotel. Rooms are classic and well appointed. Clean and inviting, staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay, location is within walking distance to many shops and attractions and public transportation is close and easy to access.
We had an incredible stay! I can’t fault this hotel, the receptionists were brilliant and very charming. The hotel has lots of character and our stay here was simply brilliant!! Loved the location too, very peaceful.
Wonderful hotel, with a lovely caring and attentive staff. Premium location in the old town, but still in a quiet street. Breakfast on order gives you everything fresh. As most hotels the bed is quite firm, giving the room 4 out 5. But the Dome will still lift your Riga-stay to a next level. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I arrived late from my trip to Vilnius and was welcomed by Sintija at the reception. She was very kind and polite. The hotel is great, big place and well maintained. The room was comfortable, big enough and clean, but we had some noise issues. Location is just awesome, right in the center.
Decent enough hotel located not too faraway from the old town area of Riga. Breakfast included with the room and taken in a good sized room downstairs, alongside the hotels own 'pub'. Fabulous location and very helpful staff on reception - keen to give recommendations for restaurants etc. I happened to mention it was my birthday during our stay and they put a bottle of Rigas sparkling wine and flute glasses in our room with a little card wishing me happy birthday. Lovely sized rooms, comfy beds, good shower and a quiet hotel.
The location is good and the staff hotel is also very nice. The breakfast is very good.
The location was great, the breakfast was delicious and comfortable!
Quaint hotel with a great location
Take no notice of the scores. We were unable to stay due to illness. Sadly we were not refunded in accordance with the terms as at the time we were not able to produce medical evidence (obvious confidentiality issues aside). Very disappointing. It will influence future bookings.
The hotel has value for money in the old town area of Riga. Check in was smooth and we were able to get into our room quickly to drop off our bags and get to Arena Riga for an ice hockey game with limited time to get there. The location is very central to the sites of Riga's old town and there are some very good restaurants nearby. There are quite a few convenience stores and souvenir shops nearby...

The hotel was too old and dark. Staff was nice and the room was clean. Enough for one night.
Rooms have character, large with high ceilings but very old fashioned. The style is shabby chic but original not new.
The out-dated facilities in the hotel should be renovated. The price is cheap for a solo traveler.
The Hilton it is not, but the price paid wasn’t anything like that of a high end place. Ideal for a one nighter. The rooms are actually nice, although the building has seen better days. The staff were all polite and helpful.
It have big space. Price is also really reasonable. The location is good, too.
Very good value for money, an excellent location for traveling around Riga. Staff were polite and helpful when I communicated with them and check in was smooth. The only issue that I had was that I asked for airport transfer before I departed and I did not have a reply.

Excellent location, convenient to various attractions
Room is comfortable and cleanable
The hotel is located in the city center, the room is clean and tidy, it is a 10-minute walk from the old town and a 500-meter walk from the bus station. The breakfast variety is a little less, it is very suitable for travel
The room is clean and tidy.Reception personnel are nice and friendly. 👍 Perfect location, not too far from the old town or the center. But the room is loud.
All very cute! The courteous staff speaks all languages, including Russian. Cozy and spacious Suite rooms. SPA area small, but very center of Riga it is currently. In the evening in the bathhouse - the most it! Ordered procedure - the clay turned out to be so burning that the wife was not well, but the staff saved us, flooded us with compliments and gifts. Very nice service good, WORTHY level. Good...
And I liked it. But I'm only to the guests come. But my friends are happy, too
