It is a lovely hotel, situated on the edge of the old town and the indoor markets to the far side of the road. Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Our TV remote went flat, left a note under it for house keeping and job done. Good selection of breakfasts, done like a help yourself buffet. Hot food, cold foods (meat, cheese, salad) yogurts, cereals and fruit. Didn't have any main meals there as were exploring all day and eating out in the evening.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It’s a five minute walk to city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The city view was wonderful. Biggest problem was the cleaning. The room had remains from the previous guests and room cleaning came at two different odd hours in two days so we couldn’t get the room cleaned. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

They say on their website Radisson Spa and hotel. In all actuality, the spa is a different entity that charges 25 Euros per person for 2.5 hours. God bless the family of four that stay here 4 days because Daddy had better have deep pockets.

The quality of the rooms varied. I was given a newly renovated room which was very clean and nice but other people in my company were given rooms in the older sector of the hotel and they were not properly cleaned, smelled stuffy inside and barely got cleaned by the cleaning staff. The location of the hotel was excellent. Right next to the old town. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I strongly recommend! Very good hotel in the center of Riga, classical style spacious rooms, the stuff is nice and the breakfast is very good. Hotel is in the area of extremely expensive parking. You can park a bit further away in different zone or use a closed parking area that costs 30euro per day.

The facilities might be old but that's it: they no longer bear any medieval charms. The staff are just there and will not care about you. The rooms could be way cleaner. And if you want to have any sleep at all, keep away: even triple window panes won't save you from the crowd and music in the street. All in all, it's an honest 3-stars spot not even trying for more.

Classified as a 4 star hotel but by no means better than 3 star. If 4 star or 2 star I would say 2 star. Location is good, the rooms are clean but too small with limited space for luggage. The hotel entrance is difficult if you carry heavy bags. Acceptable hotel but once again, not a 4 star hotel.

Relatively basic but comfortable hotel situated right nextdoor to the Maritime training Center Noviconta, very handy if your on a training course. It’s only a short taxi or bus journey into Riga Center. There’s also a spa Center and bowling alley within the hotel.

For what we needed (place to sleep and store luggage while we toured) this place was great. Very plain facilities but close to airport and easy to get to town. Price was right, the staff friendly and helpful.

Pure budget hotel. Perfect if you just need a place to crash close to the airport. Can't ask for more than a room and breakfast. No complaints. Good value for money.
