The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! Ali, Faruk, and Zia gave me and my girlfriend a 5 star spa experience today. We got the medical massages done for 115€. Worth every penny. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was at this hotel from 15 to 22 Oct and found the staff amazingly helpful, especially the person at the reception, Alma, who had gone out of her way to resolve a couple of issues that I had with internet connection. The food was good and my only issue would be that the water in the open air pool was far too cold, although the beach is short distance away and sea water was much warmer.

The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. It was very delicious. Also, the proximity to Old Town Budva and the waterfront makes it prime real estate. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and nice staff; amazing food at their restaurant. For breakfast always warm dishes available to choose from. From the window you can hear birds:) Location-near Budva, Kotor 30min by car. Totally recommended!

Very pleasant staff, available, attentive. Superb room, King bed, balcony with view of the Adriatic, in the unique Mediterranean fjord. Possibility of buses for neighboring towns or suggestions for outings with guides. I highly recommend.

Small and very basic room and bathroom. The food is o.k. The location is great, the beach is amazing.

We arrived very early and were allowed to check in pleasingly. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, hit and miss with what comes out each day. Sometime chicken goujons, sometimes deep fried calamari rings, a bit odd. This is not a Resort Hotel as such as it has no beach. The hotel pool is small. It is however well located and the Old Town, Tourist Office and Central Bus Station are all easily walkable. There are many restaurants nearby. My Superior Room was in a newish annex. It was a good size with a small sofa (no cushions) and a narrow (almost useless) balcony, wardrobes, fridge, safe and a walk-in shower...

Modern very clean hotel.... Close to restaurants, shops and beach. Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... The whole area is being developed... would have had lovely views but other hotels are going up all round it so view was basically just of building sites...

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Breakfast was pleasant with a mixed variety of hot and cold items. We hired a car through the hotel and again the receptionist was really very helpful. Thank you for making our stay a great one ☺️

Just returned from here with Jet2, the hotel is an ideal location, the room was exactly what we expected and really clean. We had bed and breakfast, and the breakfast consisted of everything you’d expect for a continental breakfast and you were able to get sausages, bacon and eggs on most days. Location is perfect. Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom. Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. No card key. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more...

Nice location. Rooms could be a little bigger so you can stash away your suitcase and be able to move around the room. Maybe a shower curtain so you don’t get water all over the bathroom. The staff can maybe learn a bit more English as well. Food is not always good, sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it’s not very appetizing. The entertainment is very good! A lot of fun stuff to do around the hotel

Hotel garden is beautiful, the plants are very well kept. It has very big outdoor space ,but room is so small, simple and old, feeling like stay in school dormitory.Towels doesn't look clean,bed is very hard, quilt and pillows are not comfortable.there is not even an electric kettle.was told it's a four star hotel, can't believe it. The breakfast is good which is important for tourists.

The best hotel in Budva. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very nice, the food is so delicious and various, the hotel is placed near the sea. Our holiday was perfect there.

Absolutely love this place! It is so spacious! There is a big park which is perfect for children and morning workout. There is a pool with instructor so your children can learn to swim here.
